Carlos was recommended by a friend, and I sent an email for a quote. Less that 2000.00!! I went and picked out fabric (from an almost TOO LARGE of a selection). He let me know he was working on a restaurant contract and wouldn't get to it for about a month. A month later he emailed me and we dropped off the furniture. He emailed and said the couch cushions had very little support left in them and they needed to be replaced. He would do it for half the price. I said sure. Then later, I got another email saying, after they had been steamed clean, they are actually not as bad and he didn't need to replace them. 2 weeks later they were ready for pick up and they looked better than I even imagined them to look!! I also asked if he had any leftover fabric for a throw on the back of the couch to protect from the sun bleaching it. He said measure it and he would have his seamstress sew something up for us. He was wonderful and the furniture we got back was amazing!!

He jumped up from behind his desk and came towards me, challenging me to take a better picture of him, which I did. I told him I would report him to the health authorities (which I have done) and he again told me to leave, which I promptly did. You hear about belligerent customers refusing to wear a mask, but wow, shopkeepers refusing....

Over the month I was ignored, not being told the truth until finally being told they lost my pillow or someone stole it. Such a shoddy business, they do not take care of clients possessions that they are entrusted with.
