Tasha was very kind and honest when I asked what she thought a repair like that might cost. She said that she wanted the mechanics to look at the car first before quoting and that evaluations were free. After evaluating the car it was not the timing chain and the expense was much cheaper than expected. Also, the car was inspected bumper to hood for any other problems that may arise in the near future. We are related to two Mechanics. One now retired and the other very busy. This is the only place outside of family we will be taking our vehicles.

Loved this dealership until a recent experience. We purchased our second vehicle from them. Post purchase we were treated very poorly. Not by our salesman, but by the Office Staff and Sales Manager. We had already been misled by the Finance Manager. They had our salesman call and apologize when he wasn't the problem. That young man was always kind and respectful. It's the Office Staff who met us at the door under direction of the "Office Manager" that treated us terribly. The Office Manager or Sales Manager should have called to give us a heads up of the situation but no one bothered to call.

I recently purchased a vehicle from this location that was a replacement vehicle that had been…read moretotaled out due to an accident. Zach was my salesman, great young man, very understanding, even JP the sales manager was very understanding at the time. However, there are two things that I found that bother me with the vehicle after I had purchased it both of which I feel should've been taking care of prior to me, taking possession of the vehicle. When I test drove the vehicle, I did not notice that there was a tire pressure monitor sensor that was out. Seen as I had spent close to 20 grand for this vehicle. I would've at least expected them to have replaced at least that one sensor if they would've been generous about it they could've easily replaced all four sensors in the tires. The other issues that I have with the vehicle that while they were getting it prepped for me to pick it up. Would've been to do a fresh oil change on the vehicle. Both of these are considered minor repairs and probably would've taken about an hour to do maybe two at Max. My overall experience with this company was good, on the days that I picked up the vehicle Zach was out of town on personal business and I dealt with Tony another salesman. Very nice gentleman, although I am still disappointed in the fact that they sold me a vehicle with a bad TPMS sensor and that they did not do a fresh oil change on the vehicle or reset the display if they had done a fresh oil change on the vehicle.
