One of the shreds of knowledge every person is innately born with is that fishing shops are home to one of the most curious communities in society- the fishermen. It is here that odd, often bearded, men will gather in their stained waterproofs to talk about skimmers, rods and the Kraken. Nobody tells you this, you just know it to be true.
I've bought a few things from Bob's Angling over the years although I've never been fishing myself. Before you get creeped out and start envisaging me skulking home to eat handfuls of purchased maggots, bear in mind my elderly neighbour used to go fishing and would recruit me to buy supplies.
