I waited at least 30 minutes and was not acknowledged. Others who arrived after me were called. I get it that they had an appointment. Just acknowledging me and giving me an estimated time would have gone a long way. Only when I got up to leave did someone apologize for not taking me next. Fancy? No. But I don't need Fancy for a good, fast cut. Kelly is my Barber. He's interesting, knows his craft and gets me in the chair and out, in 10 minutes. I appreciate the hot neck shave and attention to detail. The wall air conditioning hums, a big screen TV is on with no sound. It's all the makings for a dive barber shop, if there is such a thing. Mike and Kelly both give great haircuts. And both listen to you as is how you want it cut. Haven't tried the other barber.

I'm new to the Villages and needed a haircut. My old barber had a one man shop and did a great job. I walked in and was acknowledged right away. They said someone would be with me soon.
