This woman saved my life. I was dying when we traveled to see her. She went out of her way doing tela appointments before that was popular. She made time to see me at night once because I travel far and roads had been closed. If you can't take the cruel truth of illnesses she's not for you. She's gonna tell you if you are fat. She's gonna tell you if your gene pool sucks. She's gonna be late because she finishes her appointment when the work is done not because 15 minutes is over. She dedicated her entire life to healing people. If you want healing... The kind that comes from truth and wellness then she is the one. If you want pills and a cure... See a "doctor" and any random clinic. It's impossible to know everything about every genetically different human. In the world of "medicine" doctors typically only help a small% of patients. A doctor who truly helps people get their life back doesn't have many reviews positive... Because those people are out living happy lives not writing reviews. Incompetent, unprofessional, and condescending. I'm pretty sure the point of their practice is just to try to convince everyone how smart and special they are. The first time I went in they bragged about "having a brain the size of Montana." Well that brain wasn't capable of keeping track of anything or maybe they just don't care enough. The second appointment they spent a long time lecturing me about sexual abuse which was really triggering, unprofessional, and a waste of time. They also wasted time telling me things I didn't care about like their and their wife's enneagram types and about their kids (?) They never told me what my treatment protocol was and when I messaged them to ask they sounded pissed saying they were at a silent retreat. Also commented that they thought they had already told me (they hadn't) and even then failed to give me proper instructions. I found out after 2 months that they had somehow forgotten to tell me about half of the things I was supposed to have been taking all along. When I called them out for it they apologized at first but then they and their fake nice patronizing new agey wife told me it wasn't actually that big of a deal, 2 months wasn't that long, they believe in happy accidents, and all kinds of other bullshit. Of course the hundreds of dollars I spent and 2 months of being in pain with a serious disease doesn't matter. They also could never seem to keep anything straight, kept telling me I didn't need to make an appointment and then when my test results came back all they would say was "discuss at appointment." Oh and when I tried to continue working with them just because of all the time and money I had already invested they dropped me as a patient, saying I asked too many questions and wasn't grateful enough. Then they cited a bunch of examples of "unnecessary" questions I asked that didn't even make sense. The first one was a message I sent over the patient portal to ask for a document they said I needed to reference that I couldn't access. Well I truly couldn't access it, and Lutack and their wife wouldn't believe me about that until I went in for the next appointment and showed them on my phone where it said no documents available. But yeah, even if I had been wrong that is a great reason to decide that a patient is too needy and then not even bother to give them complete instructions for their medical treatment. Ironic that they criticized me for asking too much when their incompetence in treating me validated the need to ask questions. If I hadn't I might still be dishing out hundreds of dollars and wasting my time not even treating properly. Since I stopped seeing them I have heard countless other horrible stories about Lutack treating patients like shit. read more

The 2 stars are really only to reflect the front desk at her clinic. Lutack, I find to be a wonderful doctor, she listens, she's personal, funny, interactive, but very difficult to get in with. Expect to sit and wait at your appointment for at least 2 hours. Every time I'd ask how long, the gal at the counter would tell me "30 minutes". At the time I had an urgent medical concern and felt connected with Lutack, and having that she also came highly recommended to me, so I pushed through it hoping that maybe it was just that day. But every-time I came in, it was that 2hour wait, which affected my work schedule and most days they would have overbooked her and I would end up seeing one of the other doctors/practitioners, after that initial 2 hour wait time.. I wasn't happy seeing someone else in the clinic and when I did get back in with Lutack, she was confused with all the strange tests the other doctors had had me take. This left me super frustrated. . If this office was more organized, and true to what was set in stone, I'd be open to coming back. I think Lutack is a wonderful doctor, but I cannot waste anymore time trying to get in with her, its too frustrating. read more

Dr. Bobbi is the best thing that ever happened to me and my illness. After seeing several doctors in every specialty known to mankind, they couldn't figure out what was wrong with me. I was a "mystery case" until Dr Bobbi sat down with me at my initial interview and was almost certain of my diagnosis but needed labs to confirm. Of course she was correct, not cured yet but I lead a productive life today compared to the glazed over daze I was living when I walked into her office last year. Dr Bobbi will always explain the least expensive method to her madness but will of course offer up the more expensive option as well for your decision. When the first course of medication didn't take she offered me three options for the next round. She is a great listener, up front and honest and will spend time with you until you are on the same page for treatment. I also really like the fact that I can email what I'm are experiencing good or bad and she will answer within 1-2 days with changes or additional directions. When I first started my treatment I was emailing every week with updates but as time went by it was once a month until 6 month follow up. Jan 2018 I thought I would come back and update how my story ended. I am at 100% after Dr Bobbi took a chance and wrote a prescription for a mild hyperbaric oxygen chamber and concentrator for me 3 years ago. I returned to full time work in January 2017 and live life to the fullest. She has chambers in her office so patients can treat or test one out. Terribly unprofessional, dangerous office. Dr. Lutack initally wowed us and charmed us with her irreverant manner, but there were a bunch of red flags, in retrospect. Like another reviewer, I was given anecdotes about other patients that were specific enough to make me uncomfortable. Would Dr. Lutack snark about me? The owner responses here are pretty stunning, too (HIPAA much?). They (Dr. Lutack and other ND's) poked me over 15 times and could not draw my blood. I was prescribed treatment for chronic Lyme disease with my BCBS insurance with the caveat that I had to check in with Dr. Lutack at least weekly, preferably daily. I emailed Dr. Lutack updates - she'd said it was only safe if we stayed in contact. My insurance denied payment to Dr. Lurack at first and so I had to request (and gain) approval by review. It was easy enough, but insurance companies move slowly. At the first denial, Dr. Lutack asked for immediate payment, scolded me and stopped responding to my email. I contacted her again to ask for her help - nada, more grousing at me about payment, not waiting for insurance. When I looked to find another doctor to test/treat chronic Lyme disease, I found out that not only do none of them take insurance, most of them require $600 up front for the first visit! Oh, and the nearest one is in San Francisco! I had discussed the insurance appeals process with Dr. Lutack's office already and, given that Dr. Lutack chooses to accept insurance assignment from BCBS, I don't understand why working with my insurance made her stop treating me. I got a nasty email from Dr. Lutack when I sent my records on. She knew I was paying THIS doctor up front in cash, why wouldn't I do her the same respect? $1200+ later, I tested flat negative for Lyme disease and had a responsible doctor treat my antibiotic poisoning. Oh, and when I was finally given approval by BCBS, less than three months after our appointment, it was a moot point. Dr. Lutack's office had sent me to collections. read more

Ive been waiting to write a review to give myself some time to cool off. I wont go into every detail because I could go on for days. I, like the other posters, saw how horrible the front office person was. Amanda, doesnt usually pick up the phone and even when leaving a message, she will not call back if its something she doesnt want to deal with. Such as a discrepancy in billing. Even though she is the ONLY front office person, she will somehow try to blame someone else if there is a mistake. Even before all of this, she is not all that friendly. But again, like another poster, I was charmed by Dr Lutack. She seemed to get my hardships and understand I wanted to be well. Even though I had been doing well health-wise on my own before her, there were still a couple issues that needed to be handled. I was told I had Lyme and at least one of the co-infections. I got sucked into it. I joined the groups, listened to the hype and thought this was my last piece of my puzzle. I was treated with an herbal antibiotic and a couple other natural supplements. I got sicker and sicker, she told me it was just the die-off. I kept on for about a year with her. I got so ill, contacted them immediately when it was extreme. they said come in to be seen so I did. They didnt do anything to help, kept having me treat my "lyme". After that I started getting treated worse and worse, between billing issues suddenly arising(which seems to be a common theme when things go downhill) and then them basically giving up in my moment of need, I was done. I found out some of the things she had me order through special sites(you cannot find them ANYWHERE else) are things no other NDs even know about, its dangerous. Antibiotics of any sort for that period of time are not safe, even on Lyme experts(real ones!) websites they say not to go over 30 days on one of the things she had me on for a year. Terrifying! My once couple pieces of the puzzle snowballed into my body breaking down fully. Now, if I actually had lyme then maybe it would be worth it but later come to find out I dont even have it. Now while I am telling you the untruths I was told..... She told me on a test she did for something not lyme related that I didnt have what she tested me for(even though I saw it was coming back positive), come to find out from my new, well educated doctor I DO have this and now am being correctly treated. Also, was told this other test that was run where she said it was no big deal, IS a big deal and again am now being correctly treated. So, given all the things that were not correct that I was told by Dr Lutack, combined with how I ended up being treated in the end made me count my lucky stars that I no longer see this office nor will I ever. I felt it was my duty to make sure my story was told so no one else gets made sicker in the end. read more

Sometimes her schedule is very full and you have to wait but she is worth the wait because she will give that time to you when you are in need. read more

I can't say much that hasn't been said, but Dr. Lutack was the first doctor I have had that cared enough to investigate the problems, not treat the symptoms. I have finally, after essentially my whole life, found out what is wrong with me and am undergoing treatment. I left this clinic feeling so much relief I literally cried. She's hilarious, a genius, and gives a sh*& about her patients. That is hard to find in this day and age. I can't say enough about what a difference this has made in my life. Evergreen Center and Dr. Bobbi Lutack have been my primary health-care for 10 years. She changed my life. Every diagnosis and treatment I received from any of the practitioners was accurate and relevant. They are part of my family. One year on Christmas morning I had an urgent medical need. The on-call doctor saw me at the clinic saving me an unnecessary trip to the emergency room. My Fiance, Tom just became a new patient at EIM. He very much enjoyed his initial consultation with Dr. Lutack. He was very impressed with his hour long initial consultation and her holistic approach to medicine. He also enjoyed Dr. Lutack's no-nonsense approach and pleasant bedside manner. Dr. Lutack is not one of those "woo woo" naturepathic doctors. When I needed to go to the hospital she sent me right away, not messing around with herbs first. Other times when antibiotics were warranted over herbs she went for antibiotics. I LOVE Bobbi! I've been going to her for about 10 years now.. yes, you have to wait for her (usually an hour, but has been longer) but it is well worth it. Just go to the bookstore next door and have them call you when she's ready for you. Bobbi always addresses my concerns and never blows off any of them... she takes her time with each patient (why she's always late). She is from the East Coast and yes, can be snarky... but you just have to know her to see that's how she is (I find great humor in her "attitude") She knows her stuff.... and loves to solve medical problems. Amanda (front desk gal)... well I wasn't sure about her at first, but have grown to like and respect her. The day Bobbi retires will be a sad day for me! read more

Dr. Lutack is one of the most knowledgeable, experienced, and caring doctors I have ever been to. She takes the time with her patients to listen to all their concerns. She has helped several of my family members, with a variety of different problems. She knows herbal treatments but also will go the antibiotic route if that's what will be best for the patient. She is very honest, and truly cares about her patients. Her office does IV treatments, and has a hyperbaric chamber for HBOT treatments. When I first went to her I was very ill, unable to walk at times, and she has helped me get my life back. read more

Very dedicated and thoughtful doctor who is always using new information in her treatment. Dr. Lutack may make you wait a while at times, but once she brings you in she gives you her undivided attention for as long as it takes to deal with your case. She has tried some quite new and creative approaches to my case which she has learned from continually going to conferences. I have only ever received this sort of attention from one other doctor I have been to in my life. They were also great in helping me navigate a complicated insurance claim I made because of a car accident (not the normal reason I see them). Because of the complexity of the circumstances surrounding the accident it would have been quite difficult for me to figure out the insurance process on my own, but one of the front desk people is very knowledgeable and took care of all this for me. read more

Dr B is our family doctor and has been since my kids were in grade school. I was referred to her by a neurologist at Children's hospital because they could not find a reason for my sons terrible headaches. She had sent her own daughter to Dr. B with a similar situation and she was able to figure it out and the doctor was extremely impressed. There is no one better. She takes the time to really look at the whole person. She is thorough and checks bloodwork every year to be proactive about your health. She definitely takes a lot patients who have tried everything before they get to her, which is the only explanation I can give for anyone writing a less than 5 star review. They must be already frustrated, and strange symptoms can take time to figure out, and sadly money sometimes too because insurance companies are always trying not to pay. She deserves to be paid for her services. She is human even though sometimes we think she's not:) because she is so amazing. I have never referred anyone to her who doesn't absolutely feel taken care of and listened to. She is our doctor for everything, for life! read more

Stay as far away from this place as possible. As unprofessional as it gets!! Rude, unresponsive, inappropriate language, etc.

Some examples of Lutack's behavior: 1) After being called out of the room and leaving(as I was talking), she audibly spoke on the phone and explained "I hurt my right hand, I had to write it with my left hand, that's why it looks different." When she re-entered I inquired about her injury and she told me that she had been lying, and that she had had her secretary forge her signature on a prescription for a patient because she had been out of the office, and that she had been on the phone with the pharmacy who was curious why the signature did not look like hers. 2) Ordered multiple tests, costing hundreds of dollars, that had already been done and which I had provided her with. She told me that she must have missed them. 3) Wrote prescriptions so illegibly that the pharmacist couldn't decipher what the dose was. I asked her, politely, to write more clearly next time. All she had to say was that the pharmacists were "stupid." 4) I inquired politely about the labs she told me she would get to me long ago for the second time, after requesting them one week previously and hearing nothing back. She responded: that I "may be too impatient for me to continue to see. After these next labs come in we will decide if we are a good fit to continue working together." I don't think we need to wait any longer to know we're not a good fit Lutack. Good riddance. read more

Unfortunately this review is about how poorly I feel the front desk person at Dr. Lutaks office has treated me and about their office policies. I had to cancel an appointment with Dr. Lutack with out a 24hr. notice. I have been charged $275.00 for the cancelled appointment. I have repeatedly tried to resolve this issue even going directly into the office to speak to them. Their on line office policy clearly states a cancellation fee of either $35.00 or $50.00 can be charged for an appointment cancelled with out 24hr. notice. I would have no problem paying an appropriate fee but $275.00 is ABSURD!! Now they are threatening to send me to collections if I don't pay the entire bill. Just be aware that if you chose to go to this clinic and have to cancel you could end up with an outrageous cancellation fee. Unfortunately I never got to see Dr. Lutack in person. read more

What a rip off! I am aware of their 48 hour cancellation policy. I fell down the stairs and hurt my back one day before the appointment. I cannot drive and have a severe throat infection where I cannot even speak. So when my husband called to reschedule the appointment they charged us $175 saying unless there is a death all cancellations and rescheduling will be charged. In fact the front desk argued with my husband saying they will treat me for my issues! I heard great things about Dr. Lutack. But after this experience I will never go to her. read more

I've been seeing Dr Lutack for 3 years as my primary doctor and she has been a huge blessing. Before that I had landed in ER with life threatening issues 5 times in 1 year and specialists could not determine why or offer anything besides steroids. Since stepping through the doors of Evergreen Center for Integrative Medicine, I have stayed out of the ER and been systematically addressing and helping restore my health. Dr Lutack is holistic and listens to what all my symptoms are and is the most amazing doctor I've ever seen. She practices medicine in a way that healthcare should be, but rarely is. It also means there are wait times but then you get her full attention. This is opposite the standard wait for 15 min in a room and maybe get 10 mins with a dr in a lab coat where you answer a couple questions and walk out with a referral or Rx. I have also seen Dr Hartz several times when I could not get in to Dr Lutack. Dr Hartz is amazing as well and I completely trust her and there is good communication between all of the Drs there. Now my whole family goes here and many friends. read more
