I ordered Custom T-Shirts for my side business and loved the experience and product so much, I decided to order hats. The pricing options are quite reasonable if you are going to order around 100 pieces. I consider the following in my opinion; local business, turn around time and quality of material and printing. They have a cute location and friendly/nice staff, there to support your needs, whether they are your direct consultant or the person there covering. They have samples in the waiting lobby entrance area, where you can feel the quality of the different shirts and hat options. They also indicate whether they have a special deal happening with different product lines. For hats, we had. specific style in mind, even though they had recommended what is most popular with local craft breweries in the area, we found a fitted flex cap that was more of the quality and style we were looking for. The price point was a little higher, but I thought it was worth the upgrade. Called Brady ....told me stop in and see what they could do...First Positive Went in next day told them some of my ideas, and asked about cost of artwork, they gave me their email to send my artwork to...Second Positive. When we received the shirts, the sizes were ALL way off. Most of the shirts, members reported, were 2 sizes too big. When we spoke to Brady's we were told they were the American sizing. He was working alone and the amount of people coming in was crazy. It was really busy, but he was so nice and just kept working. He was very polite and just gave great costumer service to everyone even when most people would have been stressed out. We had to come back later in the afternoon to pick up our tee shirt and there was Dandi still working and working. I guess his coworker didn't make it in so he was on his own all day and it was still busy. But do you know what? He treated us the same way he did in the morning. He was just do nice and professional. Our tee shirt came out great and worth the money we paid for it. I hope someone really reads this and gives him a pat on the back and maybe a bonus! We will definitely will go back to Petra for all our tee shirt needs!
