I literally downloaded the Yelp app to leave this review because I left this place in disbelief of…read morehow insanely rude Paul was. I don't even care that he gave me such a crazy lowball offer, but the way he was talking to me was so incredibly condescending. I've never been treated so poorly by a customer facing business. I have pretty tough skin being in sales for a decade, but this guy made my stomach turn with how little respect he gave towards his customer. From the moment I walked in the door, I was met with an attitude because I thought I had to wait for an employee to let me in the door after ringing their doorbell. I don't understand how someone like him can still be in business. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else if you want to do business locally, like I tried to do. You'll get a low offer and a huge attitude to go with it.

Customer service poor. Paul was rude, impatient, a disappointment after doing business with the Dad.read more
