Was looking around for tyres, rang a few stores, some tyre shops seems to be too busy to answer the…read morephone. I rang Bob Jane in Slacks Creek, and someone answered the phone after a few rings, which is better than most tyre shops! The guy was polite and was very helpful. Tyre price was average as I found out the price difference between tyre shops seems to be around $10. Wheel alignment price was twice what I could get around the corner in Allgas Street. The guy did give me a discount on the wheel alignment and I took it even though it was still about $20 more expensive than what I could get around the corner. I needed 2 tyres, and if I bought a wheel alignment, I was given the Longlife Tyre Programme. If you don't know what it is, you can read about it on Bob Jane's website. I figured it is probably worth $20. In conclusion, service was good and on time, price was average. I don't know much about cars, but my car runs smoother now, so I think they must have done a good job.

Buying a car from this dealership (which is located at 4 Randall St, slacks creek) was the biggest…read moremistake I have ever made. The car I bought was in no state to be sold (the mechanic associated with the dealership is as dodgy as the dealership itself), and in the first 4 months of owning it I had spent over 2000 dollars on repairs. As a single mum that just tried to get a practical car to drive my kids to school, this has been a nightmare, has left me in alot of debt and has put me in some extremely dangerous situations. How the mechanic that safety checked the car thought that 14 year old tires were fine I'll never know. If you're considering buying from these guys either DONT or do a FULL RACQ SAFETY CHECK on the car you're considering. Hopefully you wont make the same mistake that I did.
