It is the worst when you get a hole in a brand new tire. That hissing sound is just a dreadful expensive sound. But, it happens and is part of owning a car. I drove over some sort of nail with plastic on it. Needless to say, I needed to get my tire replaced or fixed. After doing some research on pricing and service, I decided to get a new tire from Bob Jayne. My initial enquiry about the type of tire & cost. The gentleman that served me was friendly and happy to help over the phone. I found out that my tire needed to be ordered from interstate, so we arranged to do so. The cost of the tire was reasonable considering the brand and included the fitting. A couple of days later it arrived and we immediately arranged an appointment to get it changed. When I arrived for my appointment I enquired about getting my old tire patched, as it was still pretty new. They were more than happy to fix it up so I can keep it as a spare. The best part is they did this for free! I was so happy. Especially after having to pay for a new tire. The fitting was fast and there is a little sitting room for customers with tea and coffee.
