i brought in my yamaha outboard engine to the yamaha dealer to be repaired and not only did they not fix the original issue i brought it for the permanently broke it . They overheated the engine while testing it in the water and the engine got locked, loosing over 15 lbs of compression in the lower cylinder. Now my engine doesnt work and I spent $2100. They tried to amend and acknowledged they broke the engine, but simply discounted me around $200 from a $2300 bill. They stole my money literally and I have attempted to reach the owner of the business, theyre response is that I need to first remove the chargeback I did on my card, then pay them in cash for what they already did for the engine, and lastly they will give me a quote for the new repair to see if I want to move forward with them or not. They did not service the boat, kept lying. When I asked my boat back (after 75 days) they forced me to pay. Bad attitude, bad business.

Juan helped me out and went above and beyond what he needed to do. I had a warranty issue that was way over the time limit and he could have just told me he contacted the manufacturer and they would not do anything. Instead he called me back and advised they were going to replace my trailer that had been out of warranty for 2 years! I really appreciate it and will be going back there for my next boat. Thanks!
