I needed to get a new Primary after over 12 years so of course I was dredding it but I walked into…read moretheir office in Plantation Fl(the Bennett bldg) and it was very welcoming neat and clean with a Fl keys type of style. The front desk gentleman was nice and professional.I met with the Nurse Practitioner Dr Giraldo Olivera and he listened to my numerous health issues and what I was going through at the time of my visit.I gave him my medication list and he examined me and lI felt completely at ease.He had a gentle bedside manner and answered any of my numerous questions.I tend to babble when I'm nervous but he was very kind.I am very happy that I chose Primary Specialists of South Florida and recommend then highly.

Update: Called in to the office to try and resolve this…read more The office manager repeatedly just denied that it ever happened and told me I was wrong. I forwarded an email chain from over 2 years ago showing I sent them my bill, and that I requested help and she ignored me and refused to let me talk to the provider. I called back in and she kept me on hold repeatedly refusing to answer my call. Came in for a physical and to have blood work done. They sent my bloodwork to quest, and to my surprise one test (of the many they requested), randomly was not covered by my insurance despite the rest being covered. The cost of this one random test that was not covered was over 400 dollars while the rest show 5-10 dollars billed to insurance with a 0 dollar out of pocket cost on the itemized receipt. I was getting blown up by quest, threatening to send me to collections, etc.. and primary cart specialist of south Florida told me it was an error and that quest should not have done this and would handle it. Fast forward almost 2 years later and I get a collection company letter in the mail stating quest has sent me to collections and that they've bought the debt. Absolutely awful experience with this office, they told me over and over they would handle this and now I'm being sent to collections and my credit is being majorly impacted because they failed to do any sort of follow up.

We moved to Florida 3 years ago and needed a primary doctor. Kleiner's office was recommended to us…read moreby a friend. I haven't bothered to find another but after yet another hour long wait in the waiting room I think I'm done. Each time I've been here, which is when I'm not feeling well, I've never waited less than an hour. They don't even bother coming out to say anything so apparently this just normal. The docs are good at least. But the last thing I want to do when I'm not feeling well is sit in a waiting for an hour.

NEVER AGAIN! I've been a patient for 5 years and today was…read morethe last straw. I called to report that I'm Covid + and ask if they have protocol for me to follow. AFTER HOLDING FOR OVER 15 MINUTES, Carmen told me that the Dr. is out until Thursday and that she can see if she can reach him to call me in antibiotics. Antibiotics for a virus? Really? She said that maybe he can get one of his PA's to do it and Carmen said she'd call back. This was at 9:00 am. At 2:30 I called back to follow up. I heard "if you haven't heard from Walgreens, nothing was called in. If you need to, just go to the ER because the Dr. is out until Thursday". ER? I don't need an ER yet, or the $10k in debt that it comes with, but I may soon since your office is so extremely incompetent! I was told that someone would call me back before 5. Well, it's 10pm. Guess what? No call! We're a year into this! Am I this first Covid patient? How do you not have a simple protocol for patients to follow or someone handling these cases in the Dr's absence? Completely disgusted with the incompetent staff. The Dr is nice, when you actually see him.
