I couldn't come to the appt or couldn't call and they won't give me the money back. They didn't even ask for my number. Unprofessional, bad attitude. I was trying to explain that I had to start a laser treatment on the area and they were very rude. Coming from Ny I have to say I didn't expect that here they had this attitude like waiting for rock stars. I left speechless. Even if the work is good they have to learn how to treat customers, or do I have to say this place is just for Italians?
