Old Navy - Upper Canada Mall…read more I visited the Old Navy store at Upper Canada Mall on December 13 2025 with my family, and unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant and disappointing experience. One of the staff members behaved in a rude, aggressive, and highly unprofessional manner. This employee constantly followed us around the store, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. While we were talking, they pushed our shopping cart, and every time we picked up an item, they told us in a harsh tone to "put it back." Eventually, the staff member shouted at us for our children running in the store and approached us in a very confrontational and disrespectful way. This behavior was completely unacceptable and made us feel unwelcome and disrespected as customers. Because of this incident, we stopped shopping immediately and left the store. This experience has completely discouraged us, and we have decided never to shop at this location again. I strongly believe management should address staff behavior and provide proper customer service training.

From the entrance, the left side of the store has women's wear from casual to athletics. The right side has the men's clothing. At the very back is the kids section. Within this section they have areas that are split up into age groups that are clearly listed at the top of the section on huge banners. The kids clothes here were a little more fun in nature with bolder colours. There were really cute dinosaur playsuits with spines going down the back and a hood. Snuggly and fun! The dinosaurs also came in different colours so you could be a green or a pink dino! One thing I noticed was that the dog mannequin at the front of the store had some of its colour worn away. I think that means it was getting lots of pets which is really sweet. :)

They do carry some BT21 merch but not the selection that Sukoshi does. The anime section was pretty extensive. It was nice to see that it's more mainstream now. They have a huge wall of t-shirts to choose from. They're just normal printed cotton tees and they were all around $32 (before discounts) which was I was kind of surprised at. She quickly browsed the large brightly lit store, picked up a shoe, spun it around and returned it to the display. Repeat action. Repeat action. Let's go. I'll come back! Wow! Work hubby is fun and it only cost me my time and not my wallet!
