**Review for KeyCarts Homestead**…read more I recently had the pleasure of purchasing an Evolution D5 Maverick 4 golf cart from John at KeyCarts Homestead, and the experience exceeded all my expectations. From the initial inquiry to the final delivery, John demonstrated exceptional professionalism and customer service. **Customer Service:** John is knowledgeable and approachable, making the buying process smooth and enjoyable. He provided detailed answers to all my questions, because my wife and I definitely had a lot and he ensured we were well-informed about the various options available. Such as going with the classic vs the maverick **Product Quality:** The golf cart I purchased is top-notch. KeyCarts offers a wide selection of high-quality carts, and John's expertise helped me choose the perfect one to meet my needs. The cart arrived in pristine condition, exactly as described. He insured also that the manufacture checklist was all ready for delivery. **Pricing:** I found the pricing in general for a golf cart was very high for a golf cart but we ended up going with post option to fit our needs and with a price point we could not argue **Overall Experience:** John's dedication to customer satisfaction sets KeyCarts Homestead apart. He made sure the entire transaction was hassle-free, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. If you're in the market for a golf cart, I highly recommend visiting KeyCarts Homestead and working with John. He even got us a tag and registered with the state to drive on the streets! We added the lights ourselves;) Thank You!! Again **Rating:** (5/5)

My apologies in advance for leaving oil puddles on driveways throughout Miami. Met Willy of GAW on Wednesday, January 25th and explained situation with leak. My assumption was that oil was coming from in-between engine and tranny. Willy was honest from the start and stated it would take a few days. Explained it was my daily driver so he told me... let me see what we can do. Received a call about mid day with great news. The oil was actually coming down the engine from the valve covers. Long story short had to replace valve cover gasket, rocker housing gasket, and the crank case breather. Clean the hell out of my engine while providing updates via text including attached pictures. My overall experience at this shop was excellence and will be returning back. Thank You GAW for providing sound customer support. Forgot to include out the door by Thursday, January 26th mid day!

I told them I was on there website. Showed them all the information. I left because the numbers wasn't working for me with all the Extra FEEs they added on for a CASH DEAL. I gave John a handshake and left. I received a call from Jennifer saying what are my numbers and she will possibly speak with the GM (general manager) and see what can be done. I told her she could have kept me there while she spoke with him she kept telling me over and over he's not here on site and I repeated she could have kept me there while she did that I'm not coming back. She hung up in my face. That was extremely disrespectful and rude. If I was ever to get a call from her GM or John for the SALE I would only do it if she doesn't get the commission. I would have rated my experience better if the phone call ended better and a simple apology won't mean anything.

I brought it over that morning. They looked at it. They quoted me almost $1300 for the four motor mounts and 2 censors . I said no problem let's do it. Young lady calls me back the next day and says that there was a part that was damaged from manufacturer and there was a second day delay for it no problem. Two days later when I got the call that the vehicle was ready I picked up my vehicle drove it home. I got home open up the hood because I was still feeling something not replaced or fixed.. First thing I noticed is the dog bone as they call it, which is visible when you open your hood, the rubber inside that dog bone was still corroded and damage. Second mode amount visible from the hood it's at the bottom by the radiator improperly mounted screw was put in sideways. It looked very unprofessional.. I called him up let him know my discovery they said bring it in. I brought it in then Mechanic said don't worry about it. I'll get it fixed.. They stood with the car another day. He calls me the next day with a new bill. I didn't want no issues me thinking the car was fixed. I paid almost $300 more mind you it was four motor mounts in question. It was four more motor mounts that they put on the invoice . out of the four months, they are two that are not visible. I still do not know if those have been replaced.. I paid nearly $1500 for two mounts and two sensors. A month goes by the owner calls me. How was my experience and I explained to him I guess he was somewhat upset and wanted to make things better after I told him.. I told him that what his Mechanic and his front desk person did to me was abuse and was borderline theft. He act what would make it better me being a humble guy I just asked For a refund of the last part installed that ran about $300. Angel, I believe is the owner's name said that would happen to me. It shouldn't happen ange.l I wanna know exactly what did happen to me . you never got back to me after you refunded that and stated you have further digging to do . Bottom line I pay $1500 I get sent home with two broken mounts came back and was charged again. I feel that I was robbed. I feel that all these positive feedbacks are purchased. I feel that angel is running a bad business. Till this day I am doubtful the the bottom 2 mounts where replace . angel asked me to bring the car over to see it. He test drives it. He stated that he doesn't feel nothing with the mounts that it's only transmission issues. I stated to Angel that I am due for a transmission check up and I will trust that he will do a good job. Angel stated to me that if he did the job it will come out one of three ways it'll come out brand new or it'll come out like nothing ever happened or worst then it came in .. THAT'S WHY I SAY HE'S RUNNING A BAD BUSINESS. what certified mechanic or shop owner will respond with that type of reference Don't trust them get alway a second 3rd opinion ...on Gg review he added a comment like he didn't know about the issue but he agreed a refund of $269.00. lets see what angel says GMC ACADIA 2015
