Was about a 20 minute ride to devils cove. Take in the views and add some sunscreen! There was a pretty large cooler available, however we did have a couple of our own too. Driver, Michael, was great to ride with. We ended up parking next to a group throwing around a football that hit our stuff and made a mess. Michael was great to get the other group to stop and get it cleaned up. Bathroom was available for an extra $50. Was like a little pop up tent. Bring a designated phone to play music on the boats speakers. Pretty decent sound, just had some bots docked around us that were obnoxious. Lilly pad was a huge plus to help stay afloat in the water. Fit 6 people comfortably, 10 was a bit tight. Overall a great experience. Pretty big party scene at devils cove during early June.

The boat itself was great, and we had a fun time on the water. Unfortunately, the overall…read moreexperience was overshadowed by several issues. The biggest concern was a mandatory 20% gratuity that was never disclosed in the Getmyboat listing or booking terms. After booking, the owner informed me it was required and that my options were to pay it or cancel the trip. My issue wasn't with tipping--it was that the total cost changed after I had already booked. I contacted Getmyboat support, but they told me owners set their own fees, and I ultimately felt I had no realistic choice but to pay since our trip was only a few days away. I was also originally told I could pay the gratuity in cash on the day of the trip, but a few days beforehand I was told it had to be paid in advance through Venmo. On the day of the trip, the boat arrived about 20 minutes late for pickup, and I found the captain to be unprofessional. He smoked weed and drank during the chatter and made us stop on the way back so he could jump into the water to urinate. The boat itself was exactly what we expected, but the lack of transparency about mandatory fees and the overall professionalism left a negative impression. I hope future guests are informed of all required charges before booking so they can make an informed decision. Even with private reviews and information given the owners never reached out or apologized for the whole experience. Would not recommend this place

10/10 - Dave & Shoreline Boat Rentals Saved Our Bachelor Party!…read more If you're looking for the best yacht rental experience on Lake Travis, stop searching and book with Shoreline Boat Rentals. We had a bachelor party with seven guys and needed a last-minute yacht reservation. We were stressed, scrambling to get everything together, and honestly weren't sure if we'd even be able to make it happen. Then we found Shoreline Boat Rentals, and Captain Dave completely saved the day. From the beginning until the moment we said goodbye, Dave's customer service was second to none. Even with such short notice, he had the yacht cleaned, prepped, and ready to go. When we arrived, he had a checklist ready to make sure we didn't forget anything in our vehicles before we left the dock. It sounds simple, but when you're trying to organize a bachelor party, little things like that make a huge difference. He took all the stress off our shoulders so we could focus on having fun. The yacht itself was absolutely beautiful--honestly, the pictures on the website don't do it justice. It's even more impressive in person, and it was spotless from front to back. What impressed me most was Dave's attention to detail. I needed a screwdriver to fix one of our water guns, and before I knew it, Dave showed up with one and even fixed it for me. That's the kind of customer service you just don't see very often. Once we got to Devil's Cove, Dave went above and beyond. He helped grill burgers, made sure everyone had food, drinks, and plenty of ice, and kept checking in to make sure everyone was having a great time. It honestly felt like his mission was to take all the thinking out of the day so we could just relax and enjoy ourselves--and he absolutely accomplished that. Safety was also a top priority. Before we left the dock, Dave clearly explained the rules while the boat was underway and while it was anchored. Everything was straightforward, easy to understand, and he made sure everyone stayed safe without taking away from the fun. Pulling into Devil's Cove was one of the highlights of the day. We cruised in with the music playing, the yacht looked incredible, and it definitely turned some heads to get the attention we wanted! It made for an unforgettable bachelor party. Captain Dave didn't just provide a yacht--he created an experience. He turned what could have been a stressful, last-minute situation into one of the best days we've had together. 10/10 across the board: customer service, professionalism, cleanliness, safety, and the overall experience. Whenever I'm back at Lake Travis, I'm booking with Shoreline Boat Rentals again. I won't even look at another company. Captain Dave earned a customer for life. Highly, highly recommend!
