I can honestly say that in 30 years of owning multiple boats and dealing with numerous dealers that I have never found a dealer for car or boats that conducts business like Antonietti Marine. The owner truly cares about there clients satisfaction, from parts to service these guys go the extra mile. They have been there for me every step of the way. I highly recommend them if your looking for a new boat, need service or just need a part. The old joke of the best days of owning a boat is the day you buy it and the day you sell it must have never worked with this company. I can't say enough good things but I'll sum up this review with a THANK YOU. You have made owning a boat a pleasure.

I was told by the mechanic, who seems to be a really decent guy the boat would be ready today(second time). Now I am really concerned if its not right when I do get it back what happens. I can't imagine talking to one of my customers that way.

Our salesman, Shane, was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything about the boat. The entire purchase was easy and stress-free, and Shane included several extras that made the deal even better. The boat was delivered without a single issue. Kyle in the Service Department also went above and beyond to assist us with a few warranty concerns. When the boat was returned to us, it was truly better than ever. Everyone we dealt with at Boat & Motor Superstores was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to providing excellent customer service. This was our first time purchasing a boat from them, but thanks to their outstanding team, it certainly won't be our last. We highly recommend them!

After the transaction I left the lot to proceed home. I made it 18 miles down the road and noticed smoke coming from the right trailer tire. I pulled off to inspect and found that the bearings in the hub were shot and it was metal on metal with no grease. I immediately contacted Mathew and was told to either find a repair shop close by or go to Walmart and buy grease and pack it with grease to get home. I asked if they could send a service technician to make the repair and was told they can't send a technician that far. Basically the sale was done and I was left stranded. I found a mobile trailer repair service and their findings were that there was absolutely no grease and the trailer had not been serviced or they would have noticed it. Not only were the hub, and bearings ruined but the axle was now ruined as well. I tried multiple times to contact both Mathew and the owner Brad Yeager but they won't return my calls. Per the mobile trailer repair service, had I not pulled off, the potential damage could have not only endangered my life but those on the road around me. Their lack of help and accountability is truly disgusting. I would not recommend their business to anyone.

Remember Service is just as important as buying the Boat!!…read more We thought we found a great dealership... our sales guy was wonderful... Service on the other hand.... if I could give a Zero, I would. Sun Ray Marine Service had our boat for 6 weeks. We went to check on it and found that our depth finder was smashed against a rail on their trailer, as we chose pick up and delivery. Then when we got out boat back, the seat cover looked like they just ripped it out of snap. They also installed the incorrect underwater lights, even after I told them in an email on a phone call, and on a list which ones we wanted. We have been trying for over a week now that the one of the owners call us to discuss our issues... NO RESPONSE FROM THEM AT ALL! SERVICE AND RESPONSE AFTER BUYING THE BOAT IS TERRIBLE. You might want to think twice...
