The Toyota Cavalier is a car that will go down in history as being a piece of crap. Okay this might be a bit unfair, as its bad name was only due to the fact that it was built in America under the GM banner, and then passed off as a Toyota in Japan. The Japanese were just not going to accept a piece of rubbish from the States. And they didn't, leaving many of them to be shipped off to Australia and New Zealand.
This is where I got mine, so it was a true Japanese Toyota Cavalier, and not a Chevrolet, Holden or Vauxhall or even an Opel Cavalier, nope, a good old Toyota. Except it came with the crap you get if you were driving an American car.
To make a long story short, I needed to sell it, and so it needed a spring clean before I tried to pawn her off to some unsuspecting new migrant. I skipped work, and stopped at BNT Automotive, a handy auto shop where you can buy all the things you need to cosmetically enhance the aesthetics of your vehicle. BNT is actually a big player in the auto industry, but this little Rosedale store is great for general consumers.
It worked a charm, and I was soon liberated of my wheels, and a cool two grand richer. read more
