It was a really bad after-sales experience. This BMW after-sales service staff had no professional ability and correct working attitude. I came here today just to replace the windshield wiper, but was treated rudely and unreasonably by the staff of BMW WEST ISLAND, and even discriminated against! This is not allowed by national laws. The cause of the incident was that my wife did not know the year of her car and could not quickly cooperate with the employee to find the corresponding accessories. I was a client with this dealership for 4 years until winter of this year. I returned my leased car in March and today in July, 5 months later I received a phone call from collection agency that I still owe them 100.88 $ . I am still in shock. They never called me about this issue but always called me during 4 years to ask about survey after their services . I always received emails from them about surveys . They care about surveys more than about real customer service. They never sent me email or did a simple phone call would resolve it. They have my contact info since March of 2015. Instead they were sending letters to a condo which I sold 5 years ago. I would never recommend anyone to deal with this dealership. I called them immediatley to rectify this issue . I was for 50 minutes waiting for an available specialist to answer my call . Firstly I asked why since March no one ever called me or send me email about this issue. Ty , who answered the call said that they sent me mail to my condo which I sold 5 years ago. Collection called me on the phone which they had on file for many years and provided to the collection agency but no one even didn't bother to call me on this same phone for months since March . Though this dealers never hesitated to sent me multiple emails or to call me regularly to ask about your customer service and surveys after the service. Absolutely unacceptable and despicable from this dealership. I want to warn people to never deal with this dealership. Their people should have seen my account that I NEVER was even one minute late on my payments to them, never ever they had a declined payment from me for 4 years of the lease , but they never contacted me about 100 dollars fee but rather sent it to collection agency . My credit is better than better. Better then most of their clients. But it was so difficult for any of their employees just to pick up the phone and just to call me and ask if I ever received their mail which they we sending who knows where . Emails and phone calls were coming from them all the time for just bullshit surveys. But not for the 100 dollars fee . Ty said that I had automated calls. I asked when and what time so I can pull out Fido statements and see when the calls were made. He said he cannot tell me when the calls were made. Because they never were made! I told him , I am a real estate broker and my phone is on 24 hours a day 7 days a week, 365 days a year. ALWAYS! I never miss a call from any of my clients, even when I am on the plane and a client leaves a message, as soon as I land, first thing, I listen to my messages. Ty said that automated call was to my office once. Just a simple question: Why you never called about surveys my office where we have 8 secretaries and 150 brokers and any secretary will just hung up on any stupid auto calls because she will think it is a spam. Why all of the sudden no one called my cell phone when I had myriads of other stupid calls from this dealership? read more
