Since this was near my hotel, I decided to stop by to see if I could be assisted. Firstly, speaking little German, despite being Swiss myself, the service center spoke very good English. When I purchased the oil, the gentleman helped me top off the oil into the engine. My only reservation is that not knowing beforehand how much one litre of oil cost let alone the five or six or more it needs when an oil change is required. After taxes it was just under €33,00 for the one litre. However I was reimbursed this monies when I retuned the vehicle back to Europcar in Frankfurt.

I am out looking at options for cars and, decided to stop in here for a look. I previously contacted a rep here and, we fixed an appointment for a visit. There is floors of cars here and almost every model manufacture by Mercedes, is probably on the floor here, including every option, colour, size and mods. The rep was happy to walk me around and show me stuff and, was quite happy to explain everything in English and German. He then proceeded to make me a rough quote in about 10 mins and, printed it all out in English, for my convenience. I thought that was a nice touch considering, I am not entirely familiar with automotive terminology in German. There is a nice cafe here and they have table service and, the coffee was quite good. There were other people eating here and not sure if it's just for customers or, for commoners like me ;-)) Considering they are in BMW's back yard they do go the extra mile for you. I will definitely be back here. It's worth just dropping in for a browse and checking out the line up.
