And they are not that busy for the customer representatives for easy and quick trranscations. On one of my visits to this location, I decided to change my last name on the bank card and open accounts for my kids. So they told me to wait the people sitting in those offices. I see one lady busy with the client and three guys were busy talking outside. And one of them comes to me and says are you waiting for anyone. I said waiting to be served. He said, when she's available then she will take you. He goes to continue chit-chatting with other employees. I'm patiently waiting with my kids and husband. And more customers started to come. After waiting over 45 minutes that guy who initially asked me whom I'm waiting for finally says. I can help you. Are you serious?? Then I noticed all the other people went back to their offices and started taking all those customers waiting in the lobby. Horrible experience in this location.

You endorse and sign your check for mobile deposited and take front and back pictures but that is where the automation stops. It accepts your check and then there is a person who looks at it and arbitrarily decides whether to accept it or not. My experience is that this person regularly rejects the deposit meaning you have to go to the bank and make the deposit. They always take the same check you just got rejected without any issue. They have a big sign out front claiming to be the most friendly bank but I find them to be a "blame the customer" service. When I try to find out why the mobile deposit didn't work they claim they are just trying to protect me. They never take responsibility or try to solve the problem.

SO the line went fast. I told the clerk what I wanted and he was worried that he didn't have 50's. I said don't you just get them out of the machine. He said he did but it wasn't stocked with 50's. Ugh. He told me there were enough for what I wanted. Whew. I remember I came in before for crisp money. for Red envelopes and they didn't have that either. I wish they would keep the money stocked better especially around certain holidays. It's secure in those dispensing machines. Oh well.

Also their tech seems to be really outdated (asked them about tap for years). They can do absolutely nothing for you on the weekends if you have an urgent matter. Overall, they're just really unpleasant to deal with and always manage to make me feel like a criminal! I remember I went in to deposit a large check once and they treated me like I stole the money from somewhere? Umm, it's my money, you work for me, and it's your job to make my life easier! I've gone back and forth with several different customer service Representatives one tells me one thing the other tells me another thing and Golden 1 is the problem because they set the limits and now I just recently had someone tell me I have to resubmit after 90 days . We don't pay with checks anymore so now I have to figure I need to pay my rent in 5 days early to make sure it gets to my landlord on time . And all we do is communicate through text messages .
