Demo'd my 12' closet hardware/shelf and patched the drywall. No shenanigans. Very, very professional. Brittany is a great communicator...and a wonderful ambassador for her company. I couldn't have asked for better customer service. Second appointment was for painting...I supplied the paint. Brittany did the work and did a super job. Third appointment was to install two Rubbermaid closet systems I'd purchased at Target. (I provided extra drywall anchors and screws so Matt could make things more secure than just using the hardware in the box from Rubbermaid.) I provided a computer assisted diagram. Matt & Brittany executed things flawlessly. I just had them install the horizontal rails...and the 8 upright pieces. (Installing the brackets, telescoping rods and shelves was something I could do myself...they just snap into the uprights.) The finished product looks great...and holds lots of stuff. Now, I had had a different drywall contractor come by and do some work for me before and he did an awful job (no names, sorry), so naturally I was a bit nervous about this situation. Especially considering that King's Peak had quoted me a much better price than the other guys. Obviously, I didn't need to worry at all. They did an amazing job on my walls, and they even took the extra time to smooth out some other spots nearby that needed some work. And they even took the time to fix the horrible job the last contractor did, at no extra charge at all! I would highly recommend King's Peak to anyone needing pro sheetrock or drywall work in the valley.
