I didn't have high hopes because I hadn't worked with a recruiter before, but working with them is the best decision I could have made. It is very expensive for the quality and service you receive…read more When we cancelled our service, they charged us for another month and refuse to refund us although we were blocked from signing into the software. You can't get a backup of your data; you have to print reports unless you choose to pay the additional monthly charge for them to save it. We don't recommend PCS software to anyone!
