The Estimator came out, and did his thing, and then I heard nothing back for two weeks. I checked with the insurance and they hadn't heard any.thing either. I called the Estimator and he said he would follow up. A week later the insurance adjuster finally got his quote. Once it was approved by the insurance company, I called ServPro again and setup a time to walk through with the contractor. No one showed. I called ServPro and left a message. No reply. I called the national number and they connected me to the local office who said that they would have someone contact me ASAP. A week later I called the Estimator again, leaving a frustrated voicemail, when someone else picked up and said they were the new Estimator and the old one no longer worked there.
