I received no shaping of the nails, no cuticle trim or anything that's goes with a standard manicure process. I started to ask but why should I ask for something that should be a part of their process. My nails had grown and were uneven. They look a mess. I had encounters with Kathy before at another salon and there she was always in a rush to get finished to get to the next one to make all the money. I don't have a problem with her hustle but she should at least do a good job and every time she did my nails, I've been totally disappointed even after two fails and possibly having a bad day, I gave her the benefit of a doubt and still another epic fail!

I am on antibiotic eye drops and steroids as of this morning. There were chunks of glue on my eyelashes and quite a few of my own eyelashes stuck to the pieces that I was told to take off.
