I get to the address he gave me and the director lady tells me he is not there that she thought he would be in another campus giving interviews. I showed he the address he gave me and asked if she could call him to let him know I'm here. She did and no answer. She told me to wait since I was 15 minutes early for my interview and said maybe he's on his way as she looked at me up and down with snobby look on her face. Which was enough for me to have gotten my things and left at that moment. I waited 20 minutes and nothing. No sign of this guy Eduardo I believe. I might have blocked his name from my mind not sure. So since nothing was happening. I called the other location myself and asked for him. They didn't know where he was so i left a message with the receptionist from Hialeah campus. I tried calling him directly and no answer and no reply. I tried texting him and no answer and no reply. I ended up waiting around in total of 45 minutes and left. I was quite upset that I cancelled some appointments for a man that had no concept of being professional. I gave them two days to respond to me and never heard from them again. This Eduardo character never called me to apologize or to reschedule or to anything. So damn rude. And good riddance cuz I could never work for someone like that. Disgusting!!! Unprofessional i am in a school environment? What are you teaching your students? I can't even imagine what kind of example you would be to them with that kind of behavior right off the bat. I have to say they missed an excellent opportunity of having someone with my expertise my professionalism and my resume working at their school. I know about customer service and how to treat others in a professional manner. I know how to do amazing makeup, airbrushing, Bodypainting, special FX, tv video production, and every other kind of makeup you can imagine. I also do hair and styling for makeup artist needs. Henna tattoos, faux realistic tattoos, hair application , scars brushing. You name it I do it. But trust in this. I will never step foot in that place again. Disgusting!

The teacher told me they could only do back massages and for 30 minutes only. I agreed since i had already made the trip however this was a HUGE mistake. I waited 40 minutes outside of the classroom where i repeatedly heard them talking about me and the service. When i was eventually invited in i was handed a dirty massage towel that had a ton of hair in the velcro and a massage bed full of stains. The massage started while the class was still running and all i could hear was talking. I paid well over the advertised price, $40 for what was supposed to be a 30 min massage and was nothing more than 20 minutes, i actually thought she was joking when she said it was finished. I checked the time on my phone and it wasn't even 18 minutes. By this point i was so annoyed i just wanted to leave. Granted i know they are students, but this is a massage school, you would think they are being taught actual techniques. I was basically tickled for 18 min for $40. So I did not say anything I just allowed her to do my lashes Again . 5 days goes by and same thing my lashes started coming out and not 1 or 2 or 4 , HALF the lashes started coming out again . I text Lanna again and let her know . She preceded to tell me that maybe my lashes are shedding that lash cycles are like that etc that she doesn't know why they would come out other than that reason , and that I can come back and she'll personally do them . At this point I'm beyond annoyed and inconvenienced so I declined this . I then let her know about the other problems that I had with Vanessa with her being unsanitary and keeping me waiting 45 min and let her know that I do not like to throw anyone under the bus but this girl is giving her company a Very bad look and wasn't going to say anything but at this point I am upset . In fact, the same instructor is now regularly promoted by the school, which is deeply frustrating considering how poorly she treats students.
