I almost wanted to buy out a room permanently. This place is a very beautiful part of Pembrokeshire Wales, not easy to get to. I wish I could move there.

She was lovely and we had a good chat as she eased the knots out of my back, I felt so relaxed afterwards and slept like a baby for a good week without any back problems. They also do, skin care, tinting, hand and feet, waxing and even ear piercing. I can't speak about any of them unfortunately. It's worth the little trip just outside of the 'Diff.

She was friendly, discreet and had a genuine warmth about her - which is important when someone is trying to make you feel relaxed and comfortable. All of the stylists there were young women but unlike a lot of places - were all very down to earth, chatty and seemed genuinely interested in the needs of the clients. I was very happy with the customer service I received there everytime I went and can highly recommend the hair stylist Antonia who was engaging, friendly and even recommended where I could get a special hair colour I was looking for. The treatment rooms are upstairs and unfortunately there isnt any disabled access. To have a treatment it is best to book in advance but this easily done by phoning up or ringing. The treatments are varied- I had a manicure which was brilliant however for this you have to sit downstairs in the public area which made me slightly self conscious. All the other treatments range in price and time starting with quite cheap facials to all over body wraps. During may experiences in Vogue every member of staff has been professional and exemplary.

In terms of accessibility Caswell is ideal as it has a large carpet stretching inland, complete with public toilets which are for the most part kept clean and tidy. There are also a number of stalls selling ice creams, beach toys etc... as well as a small cafe. The bay gets excellent surf, so is always popular with surfers, and is patrolled during the peak summer season by life guards.

I use the tanning machines quite often and I find they are all very decent and well looked after. The price is average. The staff are very friendly I find the salon looks very modern and trendy with a nice leather sofa for you to sit on if you are waiting.
