My 2nd revisit didn't go too well yesterday, when a different hair attendant finished washing my hair, she didn't want to be bothered with combing out my wet hair, and asked me if I wanted to detangle it. I asked her to please comb it out, she half-way combed it out and then as far as she was concerned, we were finished, me being left with a head of slightly tangled, sopping wet hair. My hair is long & silky. I'm not a dread-lock head. Apparently, this hair attendant didn't acknowledge the fact the temperature here in KC went down to 27 degrees yesterday, and intended for me to walk out the door with a head of sopping wet hair, with COVID & Flu Season & all! Why are there hair-dryers at every counter, but are not being used? Is it to much to ask for a quick blow-dry? I sounded off about it, before & while paying her, and made sure the other customers waiting heard my little rant. The attendant decided to have the upper-hand, remain stoic and not worried about me not returning.
