Jeff Moore, in first couple of minutes of talking to him , restored my faith in humanity that people like him are still there in this World. His integrity , character , care, knowledge All could shine through within minutes of talking & taking my call at 5 pm on a Friday, without an incentive. This is beyond words to describe . He masters the perfection, knows his work, has the compassion, eager to help & has the character & integrity to give you the real true scenario without whats in for me attached to . Highly impressive , & therefore an extempore review he earned . read more

I must say , it's been a stressful year and a half. The saying you get for what you paid for definitely applies in my case . Virginia did an outstanding job with my case . I am able to keep my profesional licenses and move forward with my life. Roberta her assistant, is the most kind and thorough person I have ever met. She kept me in the loop at all times . I definitely recommend Virginias Law Firm They will go above and beyond the call of duty. read more

I got myself into some difficult legal troubles. I shopped around for a good defense attorney and hired one. After speaking with friends/family, I was advised it would be in my best interest to hire a GREAT attorney as the possible consequences are extreme. It's difficult to distinguish between a good vs mediocre law firm via the internet. I began to research on-line but ultimately reached out to many business professionals for attorney references. In the end, Blumenthal & Moore Law Offices came highly recommended. I met with many different Law Firms for consultations; all said it would be a tough case and incarceration was likely. I had legal troubles as an adult-teen and so have some experience with attorneys and our criminal justice system. I'm 39 now and have changed my life for the better. Unfortunately, my past continues to haunt me, the strike I received at 19 is now doubling the time I can receive and be sentenced to prison. I was looking at almost 2 decades of prison time. Blumenthal & Moore Law Offices is not the type of firm that will hold your hand, give you a hug and tell you it's going to be ok. This Law Firm is about results and making the legal system work for its clients. They have been great about satisfying my desires and wishes with my criminal case. I am a free man today as a direct result of everything that Virginia Blumenthal, Brent Romney, Jeff Moore and Roberta Garcia have done in my case. My family and I will forever remain grateful to Virginia, Brent and all their firm's staff. I highly recommend this Law Firm if you are seeking experienced, knowledgeable, determined, professional and superior trail attorneys. If my personal friends and/or family are ever in need of legal representation, I will only recommend Blumenthal & Moore Law Offices! They will produce results! read more

I highly recommend the Blumenthal Law Office. Virginia is the "BEST" defense attorney in the Inland Empire! Virginia has over 40 years of experience as an attorney. Her knowledge of criminal law and procedure is second to none. She uses a systemic approach to rip the prosecution's case into pieces. Several Deputy District Attorneys sat as observers in my trial just to see Virginia display her brilliance. If you are looking for top level professional legal representation and a positive resolution to your legal matter, The Blumenthal Law Office is your best option. read more

I was falsely accused of sexual assault in Riverside. I was told Virginia would be the best for the case. I went to her and told her my story. She told me she could help. These were serious accusations so I gave her firm the 30k retainer. She told me that she could get me probation and that she went to law school with the judge for my case and that would help me out big-time. I also hired Dan Greenberg to work alongside her which was another 10k. I even passed a polygraph test. When it came down to it she wouldn't answer my calls. She waited until the very last minute on the court date to respond to me causing an extra load of added stress to me and my family's life. Dan Greenberg was the only one who would respond to me. On the sentencing day, she told me that I would only get probation and that she knew the judge personally, no prison time. The deal was a max of 3 years in prison and that's exactly what I got. She didn't help worth a sh&t. She turned her back on me. Dan Greenberg helped me more than her firm did. I went to prison for a crime I didn't commit. When Virginia looked at my case she ONLY examined the false police report. She never put ANY effort to look into the facts about my case. It was the worse 30k I ever spent in my life. I would recommend that anyone thinking of hiring her law firm to help with any SERIOUS case, should go to Greenberg. I don't really care for Greenberg either because I still went to prison even with both Virginia and Greenberg represented me. I went to San Quentin for 2 years and am now a felon on parole for 10 years and I feel it is 100% Virginia's fault for lying to me and for not even putting ANY effort to looking at the facts of my case. I would definitely go to Dan Greenberg for your criminal case instead of Virginia. He pissed me off but at least he will be straight with you 100%. Please don't make the same mistake that I did. Hire a firm that cares and will actually do some work instead of just taking your $$. I can prove this is not a fake review by showing my receipts for Virginia's firm. She should NOT have a good rating on these reviews at all! She is a disgrace to the BAR. read more

Brent handled business. I'm a ex felon that was charged with ex felon possession of un registered firearm. And under the influence. I'll say this . This office isn't the cheapest but it's true what they say. You get what you pay for. So I shopped around for the top lawyers in Riverside. I had some say they wouldnt touch case because it wasnt a slam dunk win like Greenberg and Greenberg. If it's a complicated case dont waste your time with Greenberg and Greenberg. So Brent Romney from the office of Blumenthal took my case on and from the gate he spotted the corruption with riverside Police department in false reports and the use of confidential informants that made deals with the riverside police dept. Long story short I got charges dropped , no prison or jail time and no felony convictions. Like I said you get what you pay for. Money well spent read more

I'm sorry I never wrote a review but a couple years ago this law office saved me from an eight year case. They hit the case records hard and found cause for not only the charges to be dropped but an old case re-examined! Not only that I went to court twice... once for arraignment and once for dismissal!!! The best experience and one of the only good experiences I've ever had with lawyers. And they continue to offer sound advice for my inquiries. Wasn't cheap though. 20000$!!! read more

The previous review for Virginia Blumenthal is not from a client, but obviously a friend astroturfing the business. In reality, Virginia was not a good lawyer. She did not prepare our witnesses correctly for the case. She did return original documents to us even after multiple requests. She does not respond to client communication. She summarily lost an easy case for us due to laziness. She clearly does not even understand the basics of trial law as she informed us of the trial decision and reported the results to us completely backwards. Our experience was so bad that we are thinking about suing for malpractice. read more

Thank you for saving my life. I made a childish mistake. your counsel ( catherine stultz) I believe made me a business owner and a new me. She said " next time you want a beer, Ill buy it, dont steal it. My case was serious and she saved me 12 years. truly, the best lawyers. And my caring brother found them by reputation. read more

Don't waste your money. I hired her firm as I heard it was the best. I was turned over to other attorneys ( I can understand that). They took my money and virtually did nothing I couldn't have done for myself. Actually, I think I could have done better on my own. I had a "newbie" represent me at a hearing that didn't seem to even read or review my case. Of course I lost not only the case, but was out several thousand spent on attorney fees as well. read more

Cost me $27,500 to have them press me hard to sign a plea bargain, I will regret forever! What a Joke. Then they called me to complain about my review of them and threatened to get a judgement against me. read more

**BEWARE** I had great customer service by one of her lawyers until I paid. Then 3/4 of the time the lawyer would be late and didn't care. I fought for this country and believe I got duped by a scheme artist. I was told one thing by the lawyer then when it came time it was "I never told you that". I would stay far away from this law firm even though they will be friendly, return your calls as soon as possible and do everything to make you feel safe, until you pull from your savings and pay them. **BEWARE** read more

I found this law firm through super lawyers. Telling my friend that this would be one of the best lawyer in the area. Finally waiting to go in for free consultation. Expecting to feel safe as everyone understand having trust issues especially for a certain case. Especially this is my friend first time talking to a lawyer. Entering the premises this law firm looked legit and looked like someone who will take care of my friend and get him out of this mess. After going in for free consultation, yes my friend was nervous the lawyer kept telling him your story is bullshit. We just wanted for the lawyer to help get him out of this mess but this lawyer just kept going about finding a different job or it seems like trying to be on the cops side. We did not feel taken care of even explaining this is his first time. He still kicked us out of the office and told us to never come back. What a horrible experience! Did not make us feel like he could handle the case no matter what the situation he was in. I'm sure for everyone first time talking to an attorney you feel like u cant spill all the beans but will if you know you can trust them. read more

She is the most well prepared attorney I have ever met. The negative review is clearly wrong. She answers her phone even at 3 in the morning. She is the strongest speaker I have witnessed and she is extremely prepared. Her receptionist at her office returns calls promptly, and she goes out of her way to be helpful. read more

I was very satisfied with the results and outcome of my case. Virginia and her team worked hard to resolve special and important personal issues that were involved. And I was kept informed and up to date on all of the issues regarding my case. read more
