Messaged Scott through Facebook on Saturday, he responded within an hour or so, and came over the next day (Sunday!!!). I asked him to check all of my outlets, and we covered every inch of my house (basement plus three flours) from switches to outlets to loose wires to light sockets (note: my house was built in 1919 and has some original wiring in place). I asked about a hundred questions and Scott answered them all. Scott not only got the power back on for me, but took care of a couple other fixes as well. All this in the span of an hour and a half. He went the extra mile times ten. Pleasant, extremely knowledgeable (this guy knows his stuff), honest, thorough, prompt, and didn't charge an arm & a leg. Also had them out to see about a potential leak in the bathroom and they charged $175 to run the shower and flush the toilet a few times then said there's no leak and couldn't tell where the water was coming from. When I questioned the charges, they locked our account from rec'g any service in the future. Would definitely NOT recommend!

After not hearing back for a week, I called him up and he admitted that he had not been able to attend to this. He said he would go out ASAP. He never did, two weeks went by and nothing. We found another electrician. Just last week I gave him another chance, called and left a detailed message about some work we needed done at our house. Crickets. We are so very tired of this unprofessional, disrespectful attitude. If you can't be bothered to work on residential property just say so. Some of his crew were in the area and he said they could stop by for a few hours and take care of my Electrical needs. Wow, was I surprised! I could not be any happier!! Two of his guys showed up and did an incredible amount of work in a short time. I am lucky to even get anyone over to work on my house on such short notice. The work was first-rate and they will stop by and finish up when time permits. I highly recommend this business for all of your Electrical Contracting work. This group of Electricians is as good as it gets.
