I have followed up because I have important responsibilities that require this information, including making arrangements for an upcoming payment and being able to plan visitation with my son. I expected better communication and follow-through regarding these matters. My biggest concern has been the lack of communication and apparent lack of action after the hearing. I should not have to repeatedly follow up just to find out the status of the final order. I hope this experience improves, because timely communication and keeping clients informed are extremely important when someone's family and financial responsibilities are involved.
