Examples might be hundreds of images that had nasty green tint, resolutions that looked far less than advertised, terrible color corrections, slides not scanned, slides double scanned, images out of order, slides returned out of order with respect to how I sent them in. Dr. Hug's is reasonably priced, especially if you can take advantage of the volume discounts. I recommend to use his higher resolution offering. The images come back looking as good or better than the slides. The owner is very responsive and informative, another big difference to the competition. I have not found any other service that provides acceptable quality, except Dr. Hug's, who provide exceptional quality.
