I asked for help from D Hill Solutions in order to improve my credit score. The consultation that I…read morereceived in November of 2023 was exactly what I needed. The POA (Plan of Action) included an overview of my credit history, instructions on how to review my credit reports and the frequency of these reviews, how to look for possible fraudulent transactions, and negligence by creditors regarding property updating financial information. I am extremely grateful for the professionalism rendered by D Hill Solutions to my matters of concern. Before I interacted with them, my credit score was in the mid 600s. Since, December 2023 to the present, it has been above 700 each month. So, I am gladly giving them 5 stars in this review.

Extremely unprofessional experience and an absolutely unacceptable experience…read more One of the most unprofessional experiences I've ever had. My husband and I waited nearly an hour and a half past my scheduled appointment with zero communication and no apology. When we finally spoke up about the excessive delay -- calmly and respectfully -- he immediately became defensive, threw us out of the office, and refused to complete our taxes. Instead of owning his lack of professionalism, he chose to lose a paying client. The office itself is shockingly disgusting. It is small and extremely cramped, but beyond that, it is a complete pigsty. This isn't just scattered paperwork -- there were bottles, old food, and visible garbage throughout the space. The entire environment felt dirty, chaotic, and neglected. It does not resemble a professional business in any way. If this is how clients are treated and this is the condition of the workspace, it raises serious concerns about how business is conducted. Respect, accountability, and basic cleanliness should not be too much to expect. If I could give zero stars, I would. Even one star feels generous given the lack of professionalism, respect, and basic cleanliness. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Stay away from Marc Neff! He is a salesman, not an attorney who fights for you! He will say…read moreeverything and anything necessary to sign you and collect his retainer in the initial consult/meetings. He will seem like he is compassionate and understanding of what you as the victim must be going thru. He will be reassuring in making you believe that you have a solid defense/argument in court and that the wrong you have experienced will be fought vigorously in court. However once he gets his fee, everything will change. His tone will suddenly change into making you feel like you, the client, are the bad guy. There is suddenly nothing to defend and all of the evidence will suggest you are in fact guilty and he will quickly advise you to plead guilty. I am writing this review over something that happened to me over 5 years ago but still affects me to this day and I hope I can help even one person who reads this to not use Marc Neff and avoid the serious repercussions of using a narcissistic, condescending opportunist like Marc Neff. Trust me! Stay away and make sure to do your due diligence and meet with other lawyers but no matter what, DO NOT USE MARC NEFF. You are better off defending youself in court.
