I contacted Glenn at Ga Roofmasters & he sent out John White who had been in the roofing business over 25 yrs. He pointed out that the roof was not properly done - the screws were screwed directly into the roof osb panels- no 1 x 4s on the osb. My house had metal corner panels to prevent wind updraft - the garage did not. The garage roof was very steep & there were high winds at times being we lived on a ridge. John redid the roof. From watching John I knew he had a good work ethic & knew what he was doing. I liked him & he did a very professional job. He had all the tools he needed. I was happy with the job he did & definitely would recommend Ga Roofmasters to anyone.

One helper for the prep work and 3 helpers( 1 had zero experience) for 25 yards of concrete. Did not compact the base. The results reflected the poor preparation and lack of sufficient help. I contacted Felix 3 weeks after the install regarding the defects. Initially he tried to blame the "mix" , but admitted the workmanship issues when I finally was able to have him come look at the driveway. He assured me that if the driveway progressively deteriorated he would return and correct the defects. I recorded our conversation. I contacted him -sent him photos-he does not want to know me--his word is worth nothing. He now tells me that I only had a one year warranty(1st time hearing that) despite the fact that I had him return within 3 weeks of installation and he witnessed and admitted there were installation issues--spalling--dimpling--wire coming through the surface--60 linear feet of cracks---HIRING FELIX IS A COMPLETE ROLL OF THE DICE****BUYER BEWARE*****
