Bluehat Marketing made numerous promises, including assurances that they would elevate my business to new heights and that they were the best in the industry. These claims, among others, convinced me to move forward with their services. Before hiring Bluehat Marketing, my company held a top-3 ranking in my local area. With the goal of expanding my business, I decided to trust Bluehat Marketing based on their promises. However, rather than improving my online presence, Bluehat Marketing has effectively erased it. I have dropped to the second page of Google search results, and I no longer receive calls for new business. In essence, I paid Bluehat Marketing \$25,000 to damage my business. read more

I wish I could give negative stars to this company. Their work ethic, response time, ability to help, and overall performance is so horrendous that it baffles me they are still in business. Due to their poor delivery (or complete lack of), our entire company website and email is unavailable to customers and anyone outside our domain. It is RUDE how inconvenient they are. Please steer clear of them completely. Our experience as customers has been overwhelmingly disappointing and I will make sure we spread the word to other companies regarding BlueHat. read more

We worked with BlueHat Marketing for over 5 years in total. There services started off well & went on that way for the first 2-3 years but it was all downhill from there. The last 1-2 years was not good. They were not performing anywhere close to the way they did previously & the customer service response time was horrible but they never missed a payment from us. Along with making their own changes / adjustments to our website as opposed to listening to our requests & following through or discussing it with us... That "SIGN RIGHT HERE" attitude with a major lack of customer service / support. It's been over 6 months that we {and another company that I know the owners of that encountered a similar situation} no longer work with them. We both managed to find a replacement & gladly, we are already experiencing positive results. NB: In response to your reply on Google reviews {who ever you are "The BlueHat Team"}, I don't trust your services anymore after playing with my livelihood once but a reimbursement {for the lack of work put into our site / campaign over the last 2 years} would definitely show that you take your business & clients seriously along with being held accountable. read more

I wish I could give 0 stars. My entire experience was bad. Double talking sleezy sales and account handling. I was given the run around and my calls and emails weren't returned. I am so disgusted with Blue Hat Marketing. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. read more

Bluehat basically put my business on the map. We had a wix site that was easy to use but wasn't getting me any leads. They built a new one and integrated SEO and lots of great content. There was some back and forth but they nailed it in the end. Couldn't be more impressed. They always kept me up to date so I understand what's happening with my traffic and how my conversions are doing and we've been getting new customers thanks to everything they've done. read more
