That moment pretty much sums up who he is as a trainer--someone who believes in you even before you believe in yourself. Because of Logan, I was able to take on some of the most physically demanding experiences of my life during my recent vacation--and truly enjoy them. Kayaking in the Adriatic Sea was absolutely magnificent, but the return trip against the current was tough. Then came canyoning in Bar, Montenegro--an experience that the waiver I signed literally required participants to be in "excellent physical condition." I'll admit, I seriously doubted myself and even texted the signed form to my attorney in case I died. I considered backing out. But I didn't want to let my niece down--or myself. It was intense from the start: hiking uphill in the heat wearing a full wetsuit, helmet, and harness, followed by rappelling down rock faces and climbing back up others. It challenged every part of me. But here's the thing--I kept up. There were only 7 of us, the group was in their 20s and 30s. (I'm twice their age!) And I finished exhausted, but I finished! Even better? The next two days, my niece said her legs felt like jello... and mine didn't! That experience left me feeling incredibly strong, capable, and empowered. And I owe that to Logan. His guidance, encouragement, and belief in me made it possible for me to create unforgettable memories with my niece--memories I might have missed if I hadn't taken that first step into the gym. I'm beyond grateful. Logan didn't just help me get stronger physically--he helped me realize what I'm truly capable of.

In my early 60s I was losing my strength, flexibility and mobility as well has beginning to show a finding of osteopenia on my bone density test. I have a very strong family history of osteoporosis and I did not want to continue down that road. After strength and resistance training for just a few years with Melissa, my bone density became normal and continues to be normal at age 66. I feel stronger than I have ever been and I am able to get down on the floor to play with my granddaughter without difficulty. As part of my normal sessions, we worked on "pre-habbing" my right hip and as a result, my recovery from hip replacement surgery was well ahead of the curve. Training at QFit is fun but seeing and feeling the positive results definitely makes it worthwhile.

At the…read moretime I was boxing a lot, but I was out of shape and struggling to keep up with the other boxers. Both my cardio and strength were insufficient. I started working w/ Brittany a few months ago and she fully understood my goals. She developed a personalized plan for me and we got to work. First, she fixed my diet by giving me the exact macros I need to hit to see the best results. She also coached me to eat better and provided easy lifestyle changes that allowed me to hit my goals w/o flipping my life upside down. Second, Brittany designed a highly creative workout regiment that mimics boxing rounds. 3 minutes on, 1 minute off. I do many of the same exercises that the top UFC fighters and boxers do, and over time I've begun to excel. Now, I'm in the best shape I've ever been in, my cardio is light years better than before and my strength is outstanding. I've improved my boxing skills rapidly all thanks to Brittany. Without Brittany & WCFC, I wouldn't be this close to achieving my goal of being a boxer. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
