We also appreciated the option of scheduling a third party pest inspection through their website for the same day. Unfortunately, after the request went through, I learned that we needed to reschedule the inspections due to the owner of the house being out of town. All it took was a simple phone call and a new date was set. Kurtis not only followed up to confirm the date change, but he also sent over multiple recommendations for septic and well inspection companies since we didn't know the area very well. They were very professional and arrived early before our scheduled time. I felt horrible because there was an excessive heat warning that day with 100°+ temperatures, but Kurtis was very thorough with the inspection and even took his time with the intense heat in the attic and on the roof. We were impressed with Kurtis's knowledge and expertise, but he went above and beyond by walking us around and pointing out concerns AFTER his 3+ hour inspection!
