The situation changed to more serious, and when we sent Ryan a text photo, he arranged his schedule so that he could help us the next morning. He's knowledgeable about tree health, tree cutting, and which trees are protected from cutting. He was sweet with our kids and our dogs. His team was kind, professional, and courteous. They cleaned up after the job. We couldn't have asked for a better experience -- and the price was lower than the competition. We weren't committed to going with the cheapest quote, but we decided on Ryan before we knew their price. Personality goes a long way when you're trusting someone with your roof :) 5 outta 5, y'all. You don't even need to call for other quotes.

I was told I would have to wait two weeks. 6/11 - I called to see when the job was scheduled and Samantha told me she couldn't tell me until the morning of on Tuesday. 6/14 - call Samantha again on the morning she still told me she couldn't tell me when they were going to be there. I waited about 4 or 5 hours. 6/14 - I finally left cuz I had to get to a meeting I got a call from the owner telling me the job was going to be harder than the anticipated and he can do it but he had to charge me more.. then he told me he didn't want to do and he said his estimator didn't estimate the job correctly. He said I would need a cherry picker to do this job and I have to rent one and I took informed him the estimated told me that was the equipment he was going to use. I said no problem let's reschedule and go back and get the right equipment I'm back another day what day can you come that's why he said well I really don't think I want to do the job and he said I'm sorry instead of being sorry about we get the job done reschedule he said I can't do it and he hung up. 6/14 - I then called the office and spoke with Samantha Samantha informed me that his husband who is the one who owns the company she formed me that he didn't want to do the job I asked her to talk to him cuz I need to get it done she said I will talk to him and I will call you by the end of the day. 6/14 - again they left me hanging Samantha never called and I'm left with these two trees and they need to be removed.

He was here at 2:05pm, right after he said he would be here between 2 and 3PM. So right away we are off to a good start. The guy gave me a quote and told me about the work that he will do. I have no idea about the terminology that he was using, But I saw that he definitely knew what he was talking about and he was not worried at all about the work that needed to be done. I had confidence in his confidence so I scheduled them to be here today. They arrived right on time. They assessed the situation and got right to work. We all agreed that the tree was a misfit from the start, it looked like an example of the Charlie Brown Christmas tree. But they did what they do and cleaned and did a very professional job. I now have the best looking tree in my front yard on the whole street. While they were here I asked if they could take a look at a tree in the backyard. This is the nice thing about this being a small business, They are flexible like this. If they were some big corporation they usually have to stick to a very fixed schedule and I would have to go through corporate for another quote but not these guys. Once again they knew they could handle the job and I got it done. There is still other work to be done but I will leave that for another day. I got done what I needed to get done, they did it timely, they were very professional, they cleaned up after themselves very well, And I am very happy that I chose them. I will definitely keep their number on hand for any future work that I need done.

Good luck to have them honor appointments they set up, or answer your calls once they have left and you have paid them. Don't pay until you inspect very carefully what they have done and approve it. Expect nothing in terms of them fixing all aspects that need to be re-done properly or your property replaced or fixed. They will tell you "it happens". Had to get water pipe repaired after they left... didn't realize it was broken till after they left as it was storming and pouring rain when they left and several days after. Disappointed in post job treatment/ non service from them after ongoing calls, emails and texts to them, nada, crickets. However, they will call you and be in touch when they want to get paid.
