She helped me with certain things that weren't ever related to photography (months) prior to my wedding- like difficult and stressful dress appointments, parts of timeline, hair and makeup worries and we even talked about transportation and marriage license details. She then replied "I have gone ahead and issued you a refund, I really get the feeling that you would be more satisfied with another photographer. Working with Mary was a pleasure from our very first phone conversation. She is very passionate about making sure your pictures come out perfect.
