Gave me another driver's number. I called and he was there within 5 mins. Cost me $12 to go about a mile, but at this point I wasn't complaining. I later flagged the same driver in downtown Park City to get me to my accommodations, 3 blocks away (it was cold, I was sore, the kids were crabby, route home was uphill.) Cost me $12 again. Seemed steep, but I he was readily available again.

Picked us up at the airport and took us all around Park City throughout our entire trip. Excellent Ski Guide as well. Went with BJ to both Alta and Snowbird. There were eight in our group and he was great about catering to everyone's ability, skill level and interests. Definitely saw parts of the mountain and skied terrain we would never had done if we had been on our own. All in all it was a true first class operation and the fact that we had originally planned to hire BJ for just one day and then ended up hiring him for a second day says it all. Will definitely plan to hire them again.

We were off to what I thought would be a happy family ski trip in Park City, Utah when my seven year old wakes up in the middle of the night with abdominal pain. After calling around the local ER (just wanted to add a note that I am an ER doctor myself) we decide the best place to take him is Primary Children's Hospital back in Salt Lake City. We were staying at the Marriott Mountainside without a car as we hadn't been planning on using one, and I could not find anyone to take us as it was 4 A.M. And when I say no one, literally no one. There are no taxis, Uber cars, or any other car services that are available. But after much calling around by our concierge (a shout out to Steve at the graveyard shift at the Marriott) we get a hold of Ryan Smith who owns Snows Development Transportation. He apparently does the high end transportation business when celebrities like One Direction show up in Park City. Anyway, as soon as he heard I had a sick kid, he moved his schedule around and showed up to take us to the hospital in his personal car. He entertained my son in the car ride to the hospital, and when he dropped us off he gave me his cell number to make sure that we would be able to get back to our hotel. He charged me less than what a cab would have cost me, and he called and texted me afterwards to check in on how we were doing. Thankfully, all the tests turned out to be fine. Needless to say, we booked him for our return trip to the airport. I can't believe how well we were treated. Ryan, a big thank you once again!!
