He had promised to have it completed by July 3rd because we had guests coming over for the Fourth of July, but he didn't get it completed until the end of the following week, so we had to cancel our plans. We have Inadequate sprinkler coverage which has lead to dead grass, poor grading, he only planted 1 correct tree out of the 3 species I provided him a list for. He damaged a fence post which he replaced after getting the color wrong the first time, and then stated he cemented it in which it isn't. We have had many homes landscaped which all turned out amazing and with no issues, but this is by far the worst job we have had. Photos of our yard below after the job is "Complete".

I understood that tree roots would make the repairs more difficult, but I never expected the work to drag on for four weeks. Communication from ISR was extremely poor. I received only one email before the final bill. The first technician made multiple trips for parts for what appeared to be a fairly straightforward repair, and it took the entire day to fix only one sprinkler. Afterward, I was left to fill in the hole in my front yard and reseed the area myself. They returned a week later to start the second repair, but that job also took all day and was still not completed. When they came back again, they found another leak. The area was dug up and left that way for two weeks. I had to remove the pile of dirt they left on my grass to prevent it from killing the lawn underneath. The original bill was more than $1,100. Even after a discount, the total was still over $800--an amount I find completely unreasonable given the delays, lack of communication, incomplete work, and cleanup I had to handle myself. This entire experience was frustrating and far more drawn out than it should have been. I cannot and will not recommend ISR to anyone.

No showed twice and then gave the excuse our grass was wet, except, they didn't show, and the grass wasn't wet. Told me they'd come later in the week since they missed my day, they didn't. Then they failed to come on my scheduled day the following week. I got bills for weeks they never showed. I emailed them to terminate service and they couldn't even be bothered to email me back, try to keep my business, apologize, or act like an actual business. Never, would I ever use them or recommend them.
