However, when I got my disk of photos, they were all relatively good. There were several pictures that I was interested in from my Bridal Session, which I did not get. I ask for a disk of all of the photos, and offered to pay for it, and she told me she didn't have them. Just the ones she sent me. On our wedding day, from the minute that we arrived at our venue, she acted confused on what she was supposed to be doing. I had to ask on multiple occasions throughout the day where she was and at one point had to yell for her to get her attention. She was in and out of our wedding as quickly as she could be. We cut our reception an hour and a half short, and I paid for the extra time, which she didn't offer to refund or give a portion back. She is a highly talented photographer in many other avenues, but wedding's are definitely not her strong suit. Not once was I asked what photos were important to me, and I got 1 shot of our wedding party all together, and 1 shot of myself and my bridesmaids together. I didn't get one picture with my flower girl, my ring bearers, no family pictures of my husband and his Dad and sister, not one of my family and myself. Total we spent close to $2K and I would have preferred to spend a little more, or less, and get a total different experience. The most disappointing thing about this experience, was she was recommended by several professionals and mutual colleagues, which made me more apt to trust her ability. I went through all of her pictures online before selecting her and thought I made a good choice. I was wrong. Now all I have left from my wedding day are memories and 200 pictures, which only 3 of them were of my husband and I after our ceremony. I cried when I got our disk.

At a recent Junior League holiday…read moreevent, my husband and I -- along with many others, who anxiously awaited in the fast-moving line -- waited to get our picture taken. The TapSnap photographer had tons of props to choose from, that were sooo cute, and sooo perfect for Christmas. When it was our turn, my guy and I stood in front of a huge green backdrop, and were able to see ourselves on what looked to be a TV screen for some sort. This made it easy to fix our wearables, and look at the right direction, so we could smile at the camera. Within seconds, we had an assortment of backdrops to choose from, and ultimately, ended up going with a beautiful outdoor shot, full of holiday lights. Once we choose our final pic (mind you, others are waiting for their turn, which really speaks to how fast this thing goes), I was able to type in my email address on said TV screen, where I immediately received a digital copy to share online. To top it off, my guy and I were able to take home two 4x6 copies! This idea is brilliant, and a total upgrade from your average photo booth. I wish this was around when I got married, as I'm sure it would've been a complete hit!
