I sent a total of four emails and left two voicemails. I sent a video of my house via Perfection Cleaning Services website, clicked the tab to book services and selected my date and time. All of the booking seemed easy (once I stopped emailing since I wasn't getting return responses) and I was so happy when I got an email confirming the time, signed "Professional Cleaning Services" The day before the cleaning I called and left a voicemail asking if they prefer cash as method of payment and didn't get a call back. The next day, 15 minutes after the cleaning was suppose to start, I called to get an ETA since I had scheduled my entire day around this. Finally I got a call back stating the company does not take appointments online - take a look at their website though, the "BOOK NOW" button is the first thing you see. I told the owner that I was entirely disappointed and her response was "you should have texted me" I've attached photos of the emails I had sent and the one I received from the company confirming and quoting an in-detail deep clean.
