I found it very charming, both in the way it looked and customer service. I am a red wine drinker myself, and the Cabernet Sauvignon was amazing. I bought 4 bottles of wine that day, 2 for my sweet friends that were hosting a welcome home party and 2 bottles for me to take back to California. All I can tell you is that the 2 bottles I bought to take back to Cali, never made it because I drank them in Paris. The gentlemen behind the counter was very informative and I enjoyed talking grapes with him. I will definitely order wine from them, and will be making Paris Vineyards a regular stop whenever I am in Paris, TX for a visit. It is connected to Ivanhoe Ale Works which I also reviewed independently. The cool thing about this place is that you can go back-and-forth between the winery tasting room and the brewery and the friendly servers take care of you no matter where you are. We also got to meet the owner, she was really friendly, down to earth, and we had some good conversations and got the learn a lot about her and what motivates her to do what she does... The wines were pretty good. She had a chocolate rosé that I found really tasty. Their Tempranillo is really and they are a great value. We will be returning soon

Construction starts in March on a live music pavillion.. The winery is surrounded by around 10 acres of grapes. They have cute little cabins on the winery grounds that you can stay at and we rented two of them for one night. My inlaws stayed in one and my husband and I stayed in the other - dog friendly! The owner is super friendly and is very welcoming. They had a bottle of wine for us in the cabin as well as fresh baked chocolate chip cookies that were just wonderful! Shortly after we got there we walked over to the winery for a tasting. My favorites were the cranberry, white muscadine, peach chardonnay, and summer fun (watermelon). Also enjoyed the strawberry Riesling and tropical paradise. The wild fire - blackberry jalapeno was interesting! Just remember, this is not anywhere near anything, so we had dinner and breakfast with us - able to heat up and prepare in the cabins. With it not being near anything, it was a nice quiet evening and enjoyable for all four of us. Would highly recommend if you are driving through to stay the night or just to taste the wines!
