I met Jen while doing volunteer at Sherwood center for the Arts for summer camp this year. She really knew how to encourage kids and let them being themselves. I LOVE her teaching style and her passion to arts and kids so much! She really inspired me to paint again :) read more

Jen is great with all ages and levels of experience! I do not consider myself artistic at all but the first time I went to one of her classes she helped me realize what an escape painting can be. And my project didn't turn out half bad I loved it so much I now go about once a month and am bringing my family with me. We learn a new technique every time. My kids love going to Jen's studio and she is so patient with them! I would highly recommend any of Jen's classes! read more

They did a great job finishing my record player cabinet and got it done in less than a week. Although it took more work then they initially thought it would, they stood by their original quote / which I greatly appreciated. read more

Jen is a wonderful teacher. It's not often you'll find an artist who also enjoys teaching. She's always coming up with new and creative art projects. I love the fun and colorful supplies she lets her students use. I'm a watercolor artist who wanted to work with a new medium, but was reluctant. She helped me get the hang of acrylics and now I feel much more comfortable using them. read more

A haven for your art and soul. Jenny Rose Harlow provides customized, individual private lessons, kids, and adult art classes at her farm in Chino Valley, AZ, as well as classes throughout the community at local establishments.

History

Established in 2010.

Jenny created Blue Plume Studio with the purpose of providing tailor-made private lessons for children and adults. Since December, 2010, artists young and old have grown in their artistic skills and confidence through Jenny’s guided instruction that produces repeatable results. Jenny’s goal is to provide a creative safe haven where artists can relax and rejuvenate through art.

Meet the Business Owner: Jenny H.

Hi! I am Teacher Jenny, owner and artist at Blue Plume Art Studio. I was born with a love for creating and my passion for art has allowed me to paint murals in Los Angeles, teach art lessons to orphans in South Africa, and currently to create a safe haven for artists at Blue Plume Studio. Since 2005 I have been teaching art at various levels, both in schools and at public studios. Today, I provide tailor-made art lessons and classes for children and adults. I am so thankful to be doing what I love, and I can't wait to welcome you to Blue Plume Studio!
