Since the moment I met them, I have been so impressed by the professionalism and kindness they have shown to my little family. It was astonishing to see the humanity they all showed us during such a difficult time in our lives. I was completely devastated by the situation I was living in, but talking to them, observing their reactions, and seeing their understanding, patience, and professionalism alleviated it so much that I felt so blessed that God put my family in this company's hands. I observed how they evaluated the situation with humanity; it was not about the business. And that made a complete difference. Thank you for everything. I ask God to continue blessing your company, so you can continue being a blessing for people like me. I hope He gives you the wisdom and discernment to expand your services and help many families. In addition, I would love to give a HUGE shoutout to Ali. What a great young man! His service was beyond excellent. Whenever he was in charge of the water mitigation team, he would call in advance to let me know he would be at my house. During lunchtime, he would call just to let me know when they would step out and when they would come back. His politeness and demeanor in reporting the situation's status were always fantastic. Do you know what that means for a person who has lost everything overnight? EVERYTHING! What a peace of mind!... Thank you, Ali! Again, thank you for everything! It's been a pleasure to work with your company.

About three weeks later I had a similar issue and I called them back to troubleshoot the problem. While most AC guys would immediately move to suggesting a system replacement they quickly found a rusted filter near the outside compressor that they were able to change. Their great service probably saved me thousands their competitors would have charged and the recharge along was almost half what Sears cost me. I would recommend Johnny's.

Robbin the tech was happy and comfortable and fun, and made quite an attempt to befriend my dog. He's relaxed and polite. My dog and I visited with him through the window as he did his work. He checked wires several times. He also checked the filter set-up I have. After he finished, it already felt quicker to cool down. Told me info about manufacturing of mobile homes, and when insulation became mandatory. He visited a bit, sharing info about the dogs in his life. $60 service call. Good service, decent price, no stress, no problems. Well recommended!

I've sent them two emails and called them requesting a quote on a new HVAC system. I've been literally begging them to take my money because I also asked the repair people to give me a quote. They said to call the office. They won't. When I called the office they said I had to send an email - I sent a second email. No one replied. If you need service they're fantastic. Given how reasonable the service prices are I can't imagine they wouldn't want to make that up by installing a new system but I guess they're ok with a service-only business. If you need to buy a system you're going to need to find another company.
