Said he'd have an estimate for me on Monday (4 days later) it's now been an entire 2 WEEKS... for an ESTIMATE??! If he needed more time, he could've just said that, but as a customer I should not be having to be constantly following up (4 times since the in-person inspection) with you when YOU'VE SET the dates/schedule for delivery of your estimate. That's highly UNPROFESSIONAL. I give quotes in my business (software) and set days/times and when there's even a slight change I update my customers. That's how what's good or excellent customer service is all about. PEOPLE Recieving service need to be ablet o TRUST YOUR WORD.

I can not wait to complete the rest of the transformation of my front and back yard. Without Sanders Bricks' work, I feel this dream would not have come true. Mike and his crew were professional, courteous, and punctual. He and his crew were able to resolve both issues with no interruption to the project. In fact, I was surprised that the project was completed in record time. Mike and his crew leveled the backyard and redirected the water to a new drain and back yard. I will call them always for any of my paving needs.

I actually rescheduled my work to be available for him on Monday. All for him to no show! So disrespectful. And I am extra disappointed because he seemed legitimate prior to no showing & I was actually really excited to have found him. Don't get your hopes up if you think the same. I'm just glad I didn't give him any $ yet. That would be way worse- to give a deposit & then he no shows. But still- he could have had the basic human decency to let me know he's not coming when he said he is.

My job was doing wall and ceiling patches after a plumbing issue / fix. Some of the holes had acceptable undamaged drywall pieces, but also had holes with none of the original drywall. The wall also had texture, which they aspired to match. I still had my paint so they didn't have to get chips to recreate color. Ricardo showed up early to do his estimate, which I do recommend vs the online process. He indicated his team availability and provided a quote. After going through others who were either a lot more expensive (some had minimum job cost requirements) and some others had other things about timing, price, etc, I proceeded to hire Ricardo Painting. Hugo came early the next day and stayed on schedule with disciplined execution. Didn't try to rush - eg rushing mud to dry, or applying paint coats too early. He really wanted to match the wall texture and did a great job. I will know where the repair was, but only ones trying to find it will actually notice. They said less than 2 days, and it was done. Ricardo will remain in my Rolodex for the future.
