If it wasn't for Nicole and Priscilla being the epitome of professionalism and kindness.. my day would have been ruined numerous times. Thank you so very much ladies! Keep on being the wonderful ladies that you are!

Let's not talk about how shitty the rest of the parking lot is, I'm supposed to pay $1800 to pave one parking spot? Funny that it's their own maintenance guy and his contracting company that's gonna charge $1800 when all the bids that I got were less than 1200. When I realized they were just playing games with me and my money, I quit wasting my time responding to them and now I'm just waiting for my deposit check back in the mail. 22 days! Oh yeah, and don't think I didn't notice that you've already listed the pristine apartment I left as available for rent... and you still want to make threats! They're just trying to take advantage because I'm one of the highest paid people that lived there, and they will do whatever they can to get every last red cent out of anybody, so it's better you just don't waste your time dealing with these people because they're scammers and they don't even know how to follow basic property management law.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Linda Pillard in selling a property. I initially found…read moreLinda many years ago after seeing many of her signs in the area. When it came time to sell, I had already heard plenty of positive comments about her from locals in the area. She has a strong reputation, is very experienced and has represented many sellers and buyers. I was looking for an agent that I could trust, that knew the market as I was from out of the area, that would protect me from any issues after the sale, and negotiate strongly on my behalf. A top agent like Linda really makes a difference in a challenging market or when dealing with difficult buyers or issues that come up in the transaction. I experienced all of the above and I do not believe any other agent could have successfully closed the transaction in the timeframe and at the price we did.. Even though I own a separate real estate company for over 20 years, I still chose Linda over my own agents so that tells you something. Any agent can list your property, do an open house, and pick up the phone. However, real estate transactions are complicated and there are many documents, disclosures, and forms and more are added every year. If you're not careful or if you use an agent that does not understand disclosures and liability and other pitfalls, you can expose yourself to problems after the close. Linda's negotiation skills are first-rate and she consistently found ways to get me the best price possible while making sure I was protected. She also went out of her way to ensure every detail was taken care of from arranging inspections to researching potential issues with a property to providing good and bad news in an honest manner with strategy on how to tackle each issue. There are many "good" agents out there, but you won't be able to tell if they are truly one of the best(or worst) until you're already in the process and by then it's too late. You're in good hands with Linda, regardless if you're a first time buyer/seller or very experienced, she explains everything and is available to represent your interests.

She is very knowledgeable, had great ideas to place my listings in a better light to attract the right buyer and it worked! She sold them both. Poised, professional, experienced, guides you through the whole process and works hard for her clients. Highly recommended!!

RGENT WARNING: Dishonest Tactics & Financial Risk "I am…read morewriting this to warn any potential buyers to be extremely careful when dealing with Elaine Sciacca. My experience was defined by constant dishonesty and high-pressure manipulation. The 'Phantom Offer' Tactic: Every time I inquired about a property, Elaine claimed there were 'multiple offers' already on the table to force a higher bid. Even worse, whenever I tried to negotiate a fair price, she would suddenly claim to have a 'backup offer' ready to go. It became clear these were lies intended to inflate the price and trick me into overpaying. Threats to Your Deposit: The most dangerous part of working with Elaine Sciacca and her office occurs if you enter into a contract. If for any reason you decide not to proceed--even for valid reasons--they will aggressively try to steal your deposit. She uses threats and intimidation to hold your money hostage. Verdict: Between the rude attitude, the fake offers, and the risk to your hard-earned deposit, this was a nightmare experience. Elaine Sciacca is not a realtor you can trust. Do yourself a favor and find an honest professional who doesn't rely on lies to make a sale."
