For that Black Lotus will not receive anymore business from my friends, family, and much less myself. When I asked for my deposit back he says "I will mail it to you...". Wow. So, Black Lotus this guy cost you more than you can comprehend in dollars and reliable business. BBB is my next stop....

I went to Shades after a recommendation from a friend. Tonya was amazing! I had lowlights and a cut done. Removing the dip powder polish takes 15 minutes (I timed it at the next nail salon I went to). I asked if I wanted a manicure if they had time for that. Guess what? They did. I understand that a manicure is more money for them than removing nail polish. However, it is listed as a service and "walk-ins welcome" is listed on their site. This is not a good way to welcome clients. There are plenty of other nail salons in the area.
