The mural pictures a very accurate painting of the town roundabout and business that is about 1/4th a mile down the road in the "town" portion of Fairdale. Very accurate mural that even captures the long time Dairy Queen that has served blizzards to Fairdale residents for years. Overall it's always good to see public art in areas. It will be interesting to see if this mural outlasts some of the business down the street and becomes a more historic painting.

It is right on the side of the eagle restaurant. Also next to the electric bolt that I just got done reviewing. This is a nice pretty mural with very nice colors and three huge butterflies on the side.

Carmichael mural is a colorful mural by artist often seen rarely spoken with animals located on the…read moreside of Carmichael kids on bardstown road right in the heart of the popular highlands neighborhood. Like many other pieces of public art in the highlands neighborhood it is creative and vibrant. My only issue is they have planted large trees and bushes in front of this mural and it takes away from the artist work. Makes it hard to see the whole mural. Overall still a solid addition to the local public art scene. Not sure on the artist. Motivation makes sense since it's on the side of a kids shop and had doleful childlike animals with motivation signs in the windows.

Molly the white rhino is a long time Lousiville zoo staple of a statue of a white rhino that sits…read morejust outside the rhino exhibit. I can remember this statue from my younger years when me and my brother would climb on it for photo ops and now I witness my disgusted and nephews and niece dot he same. So that's always cool to see. Some things never change. Overall fun photo op and I'm sure poor molly has been climbed on by so many kids over the years. Fun little spot for the kiddos

It has been here many years and each time we go to the zoo my daughters want to climb on it and get the pictures made with it just about like every kid zoo. It's a nice addition and a fun tradition
