He called me to tell me something special was arriving this year and a gorgeous autumn flower basket of flowers and chocolates arrived! Of course, the first thing you do when you get flowers is put your face down near their beautiful petals to smell their fragrance! I got back a lung full of smoke. It was so utterly disgusting and disappointing. I smelled everywhere -every flower trying to get their sweet fragrance but the whole thing was full of cigarette smoke. Unfortunately, I think the delivery driver or the truck company smoked or it was housed in a place where they were smokers. Literally the only thing I think a flower shop would not allow. I called and left a voicemail at 10:30 this morning and I left a message - update! They did call me back right away and left a message expressing their deep apologies and that they were making me a fresh one and bringing it out right away, which they did! I mean they did everything in their power to not only make a beautiful flower arrangement but to get it out here as quickly as possible! It's only 1145 and they have already come and gone and were so polite and apologetic. I took a picture of the second bouquet as well which was equally as lovely and did NOT smell like smoke! This was a very expensive flower arrangement and they honored their customers and turned around and made it just right!

And I got a great price! The good news ends here! Let me start with the fact that he went MIA for 2 weeks! My mother and myself tried reaching this company for 2 weeks straight. Calling multiple times a day, emailing, facebooking, even calling Jay's personal cell phone! This was less than 1 month before my wedding! I began to freak out! He did FINALLY returned our calls. Next, on my wedding day one hour before the ceremony he delivers my cake and flowers. ALL OF MY FLOWERS WERE WRONG! And I was missing a corsage! When we told him he was missing a corsage he argued with us and said we only ordered one. Thankfully he went back and quickly made another one. But, like I mentioned all of my bouquets and corsages were not made with the flowers I ordered and not the sizes I ordered! My cake was not made with the correct materials for decorations, but it still looked beautiful. It was a lot smaller than we discussed though!! Thank goodness we had other things for our guests to eat. I'd strongly recommend you DO NOT use this company for your wedding!!!

I really recommend trying them and forming your own opinion. Basically, I was from out of town and trying to send flowers to someone in the area. They were exceptionally polite on the phone and the owner even spoke with me. I explained just what I was looking for and that the delivery would be tricky. I called back a few times just to confirm, and they were very accommodating (I had a few requests). They even texted me a picture of the flowers before delivery so I could see them. They were gorgeous. They handled everything professionally and contacted the person I was sending flowers to for a good delivery time. They were punctual and did a great job! Very pleased!
